4 Bedroom Detached Villa with private Heated Pool and WiFi in village location

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. The villa exceeded our expectations, with rooms that were perfect for all seven of us. Abilio and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful and it was always a joy to speak with them. Additionally, everything we needed was less than a 15-minute drive, including the towns of Obidos, Peniche, and other nearby attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for letting us stay and we will definitely book with this villa again.

Unfortunately we had cool weather and couldn't use the pool. Would have been nice if there was a billiards or ping pong table in the massive basement.

My family enjoyed the house and property

We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious house and property. Close to Obidos and other neighbouring towns we wanted to visit. Lovely pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property manager is very nice.

The house and the pool are beautiful, but unfortunately in the last few years they have not been well maintained. We spent two days cleaning the house. Kitchen and all bathrooms were not clean when we moved in. Unfortunately we had found mouldy furniture, till not usable toilet lids, old grease in the kitchen, old open food...and everything very badly cleaned. As a family, we unfortunately found ourselves several times in the situation of having to complain to the owners in writing and with pictures. The caretaker comes regularly and preferably in absence of the guests and checks the house inside. The pool pump only lasted 2 of 4 weeks, then it was defective and was not repaired in our presence. Of course we as guests were to blame for this. And so the owners also tries to keep the deposit. Who loves dogs, is exactly right here. All families around the house have several dogs. Big and small. You can hear them day and night, 24 hours a day. I am sorry that I have to write such a thing. We have already experienced a lot, but in this case this written criticism is really necessary. This is still a short form. And of course we are very, very disappointed. If you like, there are numerous pictures...of algae in the pool, mould, grease on all kitchen appliances, unusable toilet lids,... We have also complained to the online portal of the rental!

Loved the villa on the outskirts of Óbidos set in a quiet village and a wonderful place to unwind and recharge. The villa had everything we could have asked for, very spacious clean and better than described or shown in the pictures. Many thanks for allowing the opportunity to visit this wonderful area of Portugal again. We will return

villa was beautiful, large and very clean with everything needed for a Great holiday. pictures do not do this Villa justice, much larger than expected. A very large warm pool which we used every day. Villa situated in a beautiful village overlooking a vineyard. Close to the fantastic coastline with beautiful beaches. plenty of places to visit, Nazare being a favourite. lovely restaurants within 10 minutes drive. we were so impressed we have made another booking.

The villa was even better than expected, the photos don't do it justice at all. We took our four teenagers who loved the pool and the space in the villa was great. We loved the marble staircase - very grand. Two local cats came to see us every day, they were a delight to have around. The outdoor seating area was used every night, overlooking the beautiful vineyard, it was heaven. I would fully recommend any family to stay here, with children of any age - there is everything you could possibly need for an amazing family holiday.

It’s the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s clean , spacious and has everything we need as a family of 6, where two of our children are now adults. The pool is great and was very well used. We mostly cooked for ourselves at the house, where we had everything we needed for our meals. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the property and the children had time in their rooms doing their own thing, which was possible because there is so much space. The village is quiet, but Óbidos and Casa Del Rainha are not far away. The water park Sportuga is also not far. Abilio, the manager is close by and very friendly and helpful, if required.

Have stayed at this property three years running. Fantastic location in a lovely village very close to the coast. Very large swimming pool and a great patio overlooking a vineyard. Everything you could possibly need is provided in this property. Will definately be going again
