Located near top tourist destinations. Explore the Mayan ruins of Tulum, dive into cenotes, or enjoy a day at Xcaret, all a short drive away!

Direct access to a pool and the white sand beach, our villa is a haven for relaxation and fun. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean or enjoy a leisurely stroll onthe beach, all right at your doorstep!

The villa comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups. Each bedroom contains a complete private bathroom, along with our 3 floor arrangement, allows for privacy and relaxation.

The spacious living area is perfect for socializing, an 8 person dinning room along with a large living room equipped with a 65 TV, connected to an open air terrace and garden equipped with a gas grill, allowing a great view of the bay while you enjoy your meal, while the fully-equipped kitchen and laundry area allows you to whip up meals with ease.

The main bedroom has a private ocean-view terrace, which is equipped with a jacuzzi to enjoy the view, breeze and sunset.

Enjoy the 2 large pools, private beach area or tennis and paddle courts that are only a few steps away within the gated community.

The house is located a short walk away from the Puerto Aventuras Marina, where you can enjoy the dolphin shows, fishing tours, diving center, restaurants, shops, golf course and night life.

Puerto Aventuras is only a 50 minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), where bus, taxi and rental services are available.

Nearby you will also find Playa del Carmen (15 minute drive) and Tulum (30 minute drive), along with a variety of cenotes, archeological sites, adventure parks and water parks, all a short drive away.

When you arrive, the keys will be available at the Villas del Mar 1 entrance gate, under the reservation name, where you will be directed to the villa and the reserved parking space behind the villa.

Outdoor pool, private beach, beach chairs, beach palapas and garden are all accessible directly from the main house terrace. (beach towels available in the house)

The tennis court and paddle court can be booked for free at the front gate.

Rates are seasonal and we provide long stay (15+ days) special rates, as well as monthly or yearly rates.

A property manager is available Monday to Friday on office hours, located next to the parking lot for any questions or help you may require, contact details are provided upon confirmation.
