We had a great time at Ledges. This is our second year staying here and we will definitely be coming back.

Overall we were very happy with the stay! Amenities were great and home was cozy and spacious!

the accommodations were great. all the dishes and bedding needed were available. the extras, air hockey, pickle ball rackets etc. were nice. didn't use the grill or fire pit but were great for another time. loved the pool and pickle ball courts. Location was close enough too other attractions. thanks for a wonderful family vacation. We'll be returning.

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. No issues. Outdoor patio and fireplace was very nice, as was the pool and hot tube just a short walk away.

We had a great time at Our Happy Place. The location was perfect access for golf, Snow Canyon, Pioneer Park. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Our Happy Place. Perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Snow Canyon. We had a group of 6 celebrating a 60th birthday and the condo had plenty of space for all of us. The 4 1/2 bathrooms were very convenient for 6 women getting ready each morning. Our favorite spot was the upstairs deck and firebox. We used it each night! Our only issue was a bad oder coming from the laundry area. We just kept the door closed so it didn’t bother us and we didn’t do laundry. (Front loader washing machines have that problem, it probably just needs cleaning.)We would definitely come back!

This was our second stay here. We love it! We had a big group of twelve. We love the location. We always go to snow canyon, and staying here lets us get there before the crowds. We love the pool. We had a lot of fun playing pickleball. The place is decorated beautifully, very clean, and well stocked. We’ll probably go again next year

The kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. Fun extras. Loved the extra large kitchen table. No complaints! Only complaint was that it's not really by anything, kind of out in the middle of no where, so farther to go into town into the store.

We had the best time here. Location is amazing, place is super clean and well stocked and great for a group. We used the pool and hot tub every day, had a lot of fun playing pickleball, and we loved going to Snow Canyon and riding bikes on the trails. Would highly recommend.

Stayed as part of trip to run St George Marathon - all worked out great - perfect location and suitable for much larger group

I booked this place for a girls cousin birthday get together and we had a blast. We didn’t cook a lot in the kitchen, but we sat at the nice long table and played games! We also sat by the pool which was relaxing. Easy checkout and great experience overall. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Clean and roomy

Everything about our stay went smooth. House was very clean and lots to do in the area. Don’t hesitate about this place. It served its purpose very well. Large table for 10 in the middle of the first floor made hanging out fun. Overall very nice quiet and safe neighborhood.

The property and community were great and we really enjoyed our stay. The only real negatives/suggestions would be that we wished there were more sports channels available to watch at night on TV (e.g. ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Sports, etc.), and parking in the neighborhood can be a nightmare. There is only 1 parking spot available for this property in the driveway and there is no street parking so it was a feeding frenzy to try and find one of the few community parking spots. I believe a lot of the neighbors' units were not rented for the weekend so maybe if they could have an agreement between the various owners to allow guests from other properties to park in their driveway on days not rented.

We had an awesome time in St George & our accommodations were perfect! Every space was clean, inviting, comfortable, & had all you needed for a great trip!
