338 Capt John Fripp Villa W/Cart, Cards Available!

Great location for our event PTP. We had plenty of room for the 5 friends and liked the fact that it was on the ground flour. Perfect for what we needed.

Condo was very well appointed and very comfortable (Great mattress!). It's a corner unit so you have a good view of the dunes/ocean and easy access to the beach walkway. It's also right next to the Greens which is a green area w picnic tables/food trucks and a well appointed snack stand and pools BUT you have to have the Resort Amenity card to use it (and other restaurants on Fripp). Great location. Highly recommend golf cart to get around.

The unit was comfortable and clean. It is about time for a few updates though, i.e. couch and love seat needs either a good cleaning or new covers.

Loved the location of the property, the private patio as compared to the rest of the complex is very nice. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, washer and dryer a huge plus. Sheets, mattress pads and towels need to upgraded immediately, there were only two decent washcloths, the rest were literally rags. No biggie for us as we drove in and brought extras, which we left as a parting gift because we had such a great time in this very comfortable condo. Would definately stay again and the owner Joe was so very kind.

Our family of six stayed here, and loved it! This is our third rental at the Captain John Fripp Villas, and by far our favorite. Everything has been beautifully updated, and the extra bathroom upstairs was a bonus! The proximity to the beach and the pool can’t be beat! Also, the golf cart was so fast - our kids loved zooming around the island with us. We loved hosting family dinners here and swinging on the porch swing ? Don’t look any further, book this one!

This place is SO cool! Wonderful little place...but not so little. Has 3 FULL bathrooms. One on the first floor, and two on the second. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. You have two balconies and a back patio, just feet from the boardwalk to the beach! All the rooms had TVs with cable and the place is not only big enough for a family of 4, it was big enough to host dinner for 12 people...with room to spare! Also, note it may not say it in the description, but there is also a washer and dryer in the place. The beds were very comfortable too. Was like living at home...and the modern bathroom showers in each of the 2nd floor bathrooms are really nice. The included golf cart is perfect. The power to charge is conveniently placed right in the reserved parking spot. I would recommend only using the reserved spot for the golf cart. You dont need your automobile at all during your stay. I recommend parking it in one of the spots listed 300/400 and leaving it for your stay. All you need is the golf cart when you are on the island. You will need your car only if you want to go off the island for a Walmart trip or dinner off the island. Also, Joe is the most responsive host I have every had. I dont think my calls ever went to voicemail. He is always there to help and a really nice guy. We will 100% rent this place when we return to Fripp. Right on the beach, a private pool, and literally right next to the island ice cream shop, an adult pool and the place where you get your amenities cards. Best place to chill at the beach! Highly recommend!! Thank you Joe!

We loved everything about this villa - very clean and comfortable. Mr. Tonini was excellent in responding to my questions. The patio, swing, yard, and pool were excellent to have right there for the kids - and best of all the best stretch of Fripp beach was basically right off our backyard! We would return here again and again - just one warning that I didn’t see mentioned in other reviews - it is directly beside the Ocean Club (which is nice for getting ice cream), but on weekend nights the music was very loud - mostly in the kids room - the master wasn’t too bad. This didn’t hurt our time - thankfully the owner had thoughtfully left a nice sound machine in that room, and the kids slept through it. We had three or four nights with very loud music/partying, but they usually wrapped it up around 10. The only night it interfered with my husbands sleep was our last night (Friday night) they went until midnight. So just throwing that out there for families that may have sleeping issues or issues with loud sounds. Everything else about the villa itself and the location was terrific! Also the neighbors feed the deer so they are veeerrry friendly - which my kids loved even though we tried to abide by the no feeding rules. We had a terrific time. This was our first trip to Fripp Island, and we will definitely be back! The condo is in a great location, beautiful courtyard and easy access to the beach. The owner was very responsive to messages and answered all of my questions--overall a great experience!

Beautiful villa. The owner was very helpful. The cleaning company was behind an hour for our check-in process (there could of been many reasons why but that was disappointing.
