In a calm and quiet area this delightful house offers plenty of relaxation as well as being at the edge of the village of Maubec and within 5 minutes walk of its amenities. Ideally situated for exploring the Luberon park and the nearby cities of Avignon, Aix and Marseille.

The house is a 3 bedroom villa with plenty of space for 6 people to be able to dine and relax. There is a bright, open plan lounge and dining area, a lovely covered summer room overlook the pool and garden offers another place to relax and dine.

- Inside -

With a wonderful feeling of being at home you walk through the front door and have the sunny Living room opening up in front of you with a view out onto the garden through the patio doors drawing your eye outside.

The living room benefits from air conditioning and has 2 comfortable sofas and several chairs, a chess table and cozy reading nook. Moving up a step to the dining area there is a glass topped dining table with space for 6/8.

Through a doorway from the dining area is the well equipped kitchen with all you need to cater for Provencal styled dinners and alfresco lunches on the terrace accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and integrated table. You will find an electric oven, microwave and induction hob for cooking. A dishwasher and for coffee a choice of Nespresso, Dolce Gusto or classic filter machine.

Off the kitchen is a utility room that has a fridge freezer and a washer and dryer.

The adjoining veranda summer room has a beautiful view of the pool and garden on both sides with glazing that can be opened up let the outside in. It has dining for 8 and a w.c.

- Bedrooms -

There are 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 people, all with air conditioning.

On the Ground floor : 

 Bedroom 1 : This large room has a high ceiling and a view of the garden. It has a 160 cm double bed, a desk, tv and air-conditioning. Ensuite bathroom with shower, double sinks and w.c. 

On the first floor:

 Bedroom 2 : With a view out to the garden and access to a small veranda that links with bedroom 3, a 140 cm double bed with air-conditioning.
 Bedroom 3 : With a view out to the garden and access to a small veranda that links with bedroom 2, a 140 cm double bed with air-conditioning.
 Bathroom: Shared by the two bedrooms with a bath and double sinks
 W.C. : Separate w.c.
 Office : A comfortable space with a desk, sofa, and a door to a roof top terrace.

- Outside -

The attractive garden that wraps around the house benefits from not been overlooked and has an inviting 11m x 5m heated pool with a rolling cover for security.

Additionally for the little ones staying there is a play area with a swing, slide, and a ping pong table too.

A dining terrace outside the kitchen is an ideal place to dine alfresco and benefit from cooking on the BBQ that is built next to the summer room

The garden is enclosed and private with an electric gate to give access and gated parking for 3 cars or more.

    We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at this property. It is a spacious private home maintained to a very high standard and located in a lovely village with bakery and restaurants. The pool is large and heated which is big plus. The owners were helpful and attentive.
