Stayed May 29, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen had every amenity that we needed. Extra cleaning supplies and towels available. We loved the layout of the living room into the kitchen. Great location in the villa complex. Great porch. Extra chairs and pool/beach toys in the outside closet. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025The property at Evian was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well suppled with dishes and utensils. The back porch had a beautiful view of water and the golf course. The whole area was peaceful and enjoyable to walk.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025Everything about this condo was perfect for us! From the cozy bright and clean interior, which felt like a home, not just a vacation rental, to the perfect setting outside where we could enjoy watching the golfers tee off, or enjoy watching the multitude of wildlife just steps away. We loved the family of deer especially! We will definately stay here again!
