This Harbour Town-oriented three-level townhome is at once elegant, yet light and airy. A stone foyer leads into the living room, awash in relaxing hues of seafoam green with a palm motif. An armoire houses a TV, DVR, DVD and stereo; and there’s a sofa plus a downstairs half-bath.
Sliding glass doors access the back patio from both the living room as well as dining room, which seats eight elegantly at its plantation-style table. A pass-through window is open to the kitchen.

Stayed May 22, 2026We really enjoyed our stay overall. This place has had some upgrades so the photos listed aren’t completely a current reflection of the listing. The carpet looks new throughout the house. The furniture was nice and comfortable and the house was very clean. There is a grill on location which isn’t listed and the person who messaged me when I asked was not aware of the grill. It would be helpful to have some basics on hand-salt and pepper, foil, napkins. Thankfully I packed some cooking oil and we went to buy everything else including extra dish pods. There were also two can openers and neither of them worked. The cooking pots that are available are mostly teflon which isn’t ideal and a few stainless steel which we liked. There was also a crab pot which was fabulous for our crab leg family dinner. There is also a broken chair at the outside table so no one could use that one. The location was great and close to the pool. Overall we had a great vacation.
