Stayed Oct 29, 2022This is a great location with proximity to the Atlantis hotel. The condos are clean and there is a great pool and restaurant on property. And or course you have access to all the pools, restaurants and casino of the Atlantis. Overall a great time! Jesse is great...highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting a get away from cold weather! And the Bahamian people are lovely!

Stayed Nov 2, 2019Considering the cost, there should be free WiFi available for renters. Recommended to have salt and cooking oil in the pantry when compared with Airbnb.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you are like me, a little hesitant in committing to a virtual sight unseen property, rest assured that renting this unit from Jesse is the best thing you can do. Jesse is wonderful....very informative, trustworthy and real nice guy. The units (I rented both) are the best on the property. The water view is gorgeous. Every morning I would sip my coffee on the deck while watching the big cruise ships coming into port. The villas were lovely, clean and quite spacious. They are conveniently located to the Harborside pool, restaurant and shuttles to Atlantis. I traveled with my seven grand children ranging in ages 3-15 and there were things to do for all age groups. Even though we spent active days at Atlantis, we still did not see It all, so much to do, so little time. I am looking forward to going back and renting again from Jesse. Thanks Jesse, it certainly was a worry-free, relaxing week in Paradise.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fantastic time on this vacation! The unit has a great view of the Harbor and Nassau, so we had a good time watching the cruise ships dock daily. The unit is about 30 steps from the Harborside pools, which was very convenient. Harborside provides a relatively quiet experience, while still allowing you to use all the amenities and features of The Atlantis facility, which was great. Aside from not having our room ready for 3 hours despite a request for early check-in and having to call the front desk 4 times to have a crib brought up to our room the first day, our stay was fantastic and staff was very pleasant and accomodating. They said the day we checked in was the busiest they have had in a long time. Despite that, the facilities NEVER seemed crowded and we didn't have any trouble getting towels or lounge chairs all week. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle over to Atlantis, and every night we took a walk through Marina Village over to the Atlantis to see all the aquariums and fish. The property and unit were well maintained, clean and much nicer than we anticipated. I actually commented during the week at how impeccibly clean the grounds were. No trash or litter ANYWHERE! The owner went above and beyond to coordinate with the resort so that everything with our stay went smoothly. He was very communicative and easy to reach with questions prior to our stay. I would recommend this trip for other families and highly recommend going through this unit owner to ensure a stress free booking. Thanks again!! We loved it!
