2 Bedroom Villa, Private Pool, Sea Views Paxos

This was our first visit to Paxos and Villa Melissa was very nice. It was very close to Gaois and the port. Our children loved the pool and there were ample arrival items (snacks/water/laundry detergent). A few items that could have made our stay a bit better would be more blankets/sheets, trash/rubbish bags and extra toilet paper. Overall it was very nice and we would recommend others to this villa.

We've just had the most WONDERFUL ten night stay in this amazing villa (Villa Melissa) and we're already talking about re-booking... it has stunning outside spaces - very private pool, beautiful side terrace and a large kitchen terrace - all with amazing views down over Gaios and beyond. The attention and care by the villa owners was superb - they visited in the early hours, totally unnoticed, to water the huge array of stunning pots around the terraces - they changed towels and made the bed for us... we felt very well looked after! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials (and treats on arrival) - the bathroom too. The shower was lovely - also I can't not mention the washing machine in the bathroom which had a magic rapid 15 minute wash - doing our washing in such a stunning setting was no chore! The pool and the pool area was perfect - always able to find sun or shade, whichever we needed, and the large choice of outside furniture (on all terraces) was comfortable and top spec. The shower at the back of the sofa area was lovely post-swimming (we didn't find this straight away) - we invested in a lilo for the pool which made lazing about down there even better :) We didn't spend much time inside, but the kitchen had everything we needed, the bookshelves were full of books, the tv worked perfectly and the air con in the bedroom was a godsend... there are sensors on the doors/windows so it will only work when these are all closed. We hired a car (highly recommend) for our whole stay on Paxos, parking is right by the entrance to the villa - there really is no element of this villa that we can criticise. Peace, beauty and privacy in the most beautiful setting. Lovely. Very, very lovely. We had the perfect holiday and we can't wait for our next visit :) Julia & Gareth
