This property was the perfect place for a week away on the ocean. It was very peaceful and the beach was pristine. Our family would definitely visit again!

This beautifully renovated 3/3 unit was perfect for our group of 8 friends. There were plenty of beds, baths and living space. Fripp Island is a favorite destination and this unit is in a convenient and beautiful part of the island. Communication with the the owner was excellent. It was a wonderful week and we unanimously agreed we'd happily return to this unit.

The villa is located in waterfront in the center of the island. Beautiful villa. The host was wonderful.

We just finished our stay on Fripp Island. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! Super convenient short walks to the beach and pools! Beautiful ocean views from the deck and from the living room. Was great for storm watching and night too! Tiffany was very attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful family vacation with my 3 married children and our grandchildren. We had a bed for everyone and plenty of places to sit and relax without being crowded. The villa had everything we could think of to make our stay enjoyable. Having a golf cart included was fantastic. Daily golf cart rides were a hit with our grandchildren. We will definitely be back next year.

All of us, 6 adults and 2 children under 5 yrs loved everything about the Villa, location, cleanliness, layout and decor! We hope to get this place again.

As advertised! This beach front villa rocked. Clean, pretty updated and walkable to pools and beach. Already planning next stay.

We spent 5 days in this condo and everything was perfect. There is enough space for everyone to not feel cluttered. The unit was extremely clean, enough seating to be comfortable. The rooms are perfect with the perfect amount of furniture in them, and the bathrooms were extremely clean and with all the needed products. We made Thanksgiving dinner, after using the golf cart to go around the island, and become familiar with the area. We didn't have any problems making dinner, everything we needed was readily available and we loved making breakfast with the beautiful view and light coming through the windows. The beach is a few steps away. And while we didn't have direct view of the water, we had the view from the deck, and the windows that surround the living and dining areas. The unit is beautifully decorated, so you know they intentionally put it together, not just threw some things in there, as we've found in other places. We had young adults in our party and they enjoyed the place as much as the adults. The island itself is beautiful and so peaceful. We loved to see the deer everywhere and noticed how so many homes have quirky sayings about being in Fripp, i.e. no frippin way or it's fripping unbelievable, which let's me know the owners of fripp island units truly love this magical place. During our stay, we visited nearby Savannah and Charleston, but would have had plenty to do if we also stayed at Fripp, the whole time. The communication with the property manager was the best I've ever had. While we tried not to bother her, as it was a holiday weekend, we did have to reach out a few times. She responded immediately and with the best disposition. We will be returning. I hope this helps other families' decision making process as we are truly happy with our stay, and I acknowledge that I'm not the easiest when staying away from home. Many blessings for 2023.
