We just spent the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the location being close to the pool, bike path and the ocean. The property owners were very responsive whenever we reached out to them. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing get away.

Property was very clean upon check in and I appreciated that all of the switches in the common area were labeled, made it much easier to figure out which ones to use. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. The view from the patio is nice and you can see a variety of birds and even an alligator in the lagoon. We opted to drive to the beach instead of taking the Dunes Buggy, but it’s a quick 2-3 minute drive to the Disney Beach public beach access.

Great location with nice view of the lagoon and golf course. We were in for a wedding so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities during our short stay, but we would definitely book again. Close to so much, very convenient.

The two bedroom townhouse was perfect. The furniture was very comfortable and well done. The beds were comfortable. The view overlooking the lagoon was beautiful with the alligators too ! The pool was perfect. Short one mile walk to the beach with bike rentals and general store on the way. Chair rentals on the beach were very helpful and well worth it. Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on the island. You are less than 15 minutes from everywhere on the island. There area endless choices for dinner. We went to the Jazz Corner for an amazing 90 minute jazz show with dinner. It was first class. You can't beat the value at the accommodations at Palmetto Dunes. This is our fifth year in a row and each unit has been perfect.

Great trip, very clean condo..good host communication. Parking was good and needed to pay for a parking pass when arriving.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We didn’t’ cook in at all, but the kitchen is well stocked! The unit was very clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee and watching a few golfers and the birds enjoying the lagoon. Such a beautiful and peaceful setting! The owners are very responsive. The instructions that were provided for check-in were excellent. We would love to visit again!

2nd stay here. Feels just like home

Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful area with great golf courses and beach access. This condo is in a very nice setting and is furnished very nicely. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. I want to mention that there are stairs inside of the condo to access the sitting area and the spiral staircase to the 2nd bedroom is very narrow and steep. We weren't able to get a suitcase up those stairs. Otherwise it was a great week away.

Beautiful property and conveniently located near Palmetto Dunes, close to shopping, golfing and dining. The Condo was very clean with plenty of amenities to make our stay feel just like home!

Condo was great! Very clean and owners were very communicative. Great view of the pond and golf course. Patio was great for sitting even for the brief rain showers. We even were able to see a couple gators and a nice buck in backyard. My young daughter loved the “princess staircase”.

Fantastic condo! Palmetto Dunes is the best place to stay on HHI and the owners Denise and Larry Adkins were amazing to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. Look forward to hopefully staying there again in the future!

Great stay. Vrbo was clean and very well stocked with amenities. Situated right next to the pool and a short walk to Shelter Cove. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean, and well taken care of. The house number was a little hard to locate, but after walking around, we finally found it. Had to contact owner regarding an issue, but she had it taken care of immediately. A

The host provided detailed instructions on how to access the condo, which made for a seamless check-in process. The condo is also well furnished and provides for a great place to unwind after a day of fishing or a round of golf. Great location, with easy access to the beach via the onsite Dune Buggy shuttle. Restaurants, grocery and shopping are less than 10 minutes away by car. Thanks for a memorable stay.

In town for a wedding and the place was perfect. A few more stairs than expected but clean and convenient

We came to Hilton Head for a weekend getaway. The rental was just as described. We had a little difficulty getting the code to open the door but a quick call to host remedied that. Place was clean and well stocked. Small dog barkjng in the morning was annoying.

Beautiful property. Just right for us. Quiet, clean and close to everything. And the fall weather was delightful. We never saw a cloud in 8 days.

This property was exactly as stated, clean, well stocked and fit our needs. Denise was very accommodating and responsive throughout the process. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our short stay. Highly recommend.
