Well stocked kitchen. Breakfast items included was a nice touch. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

We couldn't have felt more welcome and at-home. Rosemary and Alicia are the best hosts and the location is perfect for exploring Zion Canyon.

We stayed here while visiting Zion National Park as an anniversary trip. The house was just as described in VRBO. It was clean, quiet, easy to access, and very comfortable. Rosemary, the host, supplied us with breakfast food and even had some hand picked flowers for our anniversary. The kitchen wasn’t packed with old, random pots and pans. There were newer pieces in good condition placed in the cupboards to make them easy to find. It was so nice! We definitely recommend this house for your trip to Zion.

Lovely stay, conveniently located. They even left a cake for my son’s birthday along with breakfast items!

Driving up to the property, first thing we see is hummingbirds flying around birds feeder. Next we had homemade goodies, champagne grapes, eggs, milk, bread, garden vegetables, and coffee waiting on us. The grapes and vegetables grown on property. Alicia, property manger was excellent and very responsive. She accommodates all our needs and was warm and welcoming. The only hiccup was 107 degrees weather and air conditioners could not keep up with the heat. Alicia promptly addressed and gave us the secret sauce to keep everything working to the fullest ability. Over all 10/10z

Very clean home with everything you need! Rosemary was a very good communicator and even provided breakfast items for us. I loved that we had use of a washer and dryer, and it was an easy drive from Zion. Made me feel like I was staying at my grandma’s house.

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed and the location was great with so many hiking trails nearby. The host was so nice and she left us food for our breakfasts and even made us nut free cookies!!!

This property is so thoughtfully organized: Any kitchen utensil you could need, a basic stock of groceries, a myriad of temperature control items (fans, swamp cooler, AC, heaters, etc...) games, outdoor space, furniture, towels, toiletry items, etc... It felt like being at home, but with amazingly close access to Zion and surrounding areas. Rosemary and her daughter were incredible hosts-so hospitable and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

This was a cute house for our family. We loved the close proximity to Zion. It was so welcoming to have breakfast items in the fridge upon our arrival with a warm hand written note at the door.

Excellent stay for the family! The property was exactly as described. Very clean, neat and had everything we needed to make our short stay more comfortable. The hostess even included breakfast for us and homemade Banana bread! Communication was excellent and I recommend completely for a family stay.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was neat and clean and we sincerely appreciated the little “extras” that the host provided- bread, milk, eggs, laundry supplies, basic toiletries. Check in and check out were simple, instructions were clear, host had great communication! The location was a perfect distance from Zion without being in the heart of a tourist district and was close to restaurants, movie theater, etc. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this home to anyone looking to check out Zion!

As advertised. Host is great. Provided eggs, bread, milk, coffee, butter, and Cheerios. Isolated location but easy drive to Zion NP.

Best location to stay while visiting Zion National Park. The host is super welcoming and friendly. Clear and prompt communication throughout the process.

This is a nice place. Excellent basecamp for a zion trip. Springdale is more convenient than virgin but you'll also oay twice as much and virgin is only about 15 minutes from the park. This is an older house but they have redone it nicely. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 that includes two teenagers. The house is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. They provided milk eggs coffee and cupcakes which was a nice touch. Only minor shortcoming i can think of is the swamp cooler unit that cools the common arras of the house. Im sure that this works fine most of the year but when it is 105 - 110 F in july there is only so much it can do. Thus it was pretty warm in the kitchen and living room during our stay. Not a big deal though as the bedrooms have ac. In summary if you want a luxurious modern house for your stay look elsewhere. If you want a reasonably priced comfortable house in a nice quiet area to use as a base for your zion trip this is your place.
