Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This studio is at the end of a Cul-De-Sac in a residential area. It backs up to Virgin Falls Park and thousands of BLM acres. Its so quiet you can hear the Virgin River that is behind the back yard just a 5 min walk. You have a shared patio if someone is renting the one bedroom apt. But otherwise its a very private location. I live upstairs in my unit and share no space with you.

Stayed May 8, 2025Studio apartment roomy and spotless. Comfortable bed, kitchen stocked.Patio was well furnished, beautiful view of the mountains. River and swimming hole at end of property. Outdoor shower!
