Zilker, Downtown Austin view

First time visiting Austin and I would absolutely book this place again! The casita was charming and clean, well stocked, and the host’s communication was prompt and pleasant. So much of Austin is within walking distance from here as well; there was no shortage of food and entertainment nearby.

The guest house was very clean with an amazing view. No issues whatsoever. Would recommend

Clean place and easy check in. The host was very accommodating and provided bath essentials which was convenient. Fantastic location near lots of food options.

Host helpful when code misplaced at 9P.M. Worked out well for me for driving myself or taking UBER.

A nice, clean, well appointed casita with a great view of downtown Austin! Though we had no needs to be addressed during our stay, we clearly sensed our host would have been attentive to any, had something come up. We found the location within walking distance of restaurants and the park areas by Lady Bird Lake. And, it was just a short drive to numerous other dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Couldn't ask for more!

Susana's place is great and it has one of the best views of the city. Location is perfect wandering downtown Austin. The beds are comfy too.

Susana is the best VRBO host that we have ever experienced! She is obviously very detail oriented: the comfy beds, pendant lights, beautiful artwork, etc. The best part was the fantastic rooftop patio overlooking downtown Austin! An amazing panoramic view of the city!

The guest house in Zilker was extremely comfortable and easily walkable to downtown Austin. Highly recommended!

Great place near Zilker Park. We really enjoyed our stay and it made ACL walkable. Property was clean, well maintained, and the balcony is great for skyline views and sunrise!

This was the perfect spot. My son loved sleeping upstairs, we took the downstairs. Great place in a cute neighborhood. We could walk all around. Highly recommend!

Great location, very quiet.

Great location and views of the city. We were attending a woodworking convention and was a 10 minute walk away. Plus went on bike ride. Gave extra space to spread out and cook some meals.

Amazing little place. Perfect for a group of four. The view from the back porch is stunning. Everything was clean. Only complaint was the shower not being the best but that’s extremely minor. I will be looking to book here again anytime I’m in town 10/10.

This was the cutest property in the best location with the most perfect view!!! Within walking distance to Barton Springs and great restaurants and shopping with the greatest view of the city I've ever seen!!!! The host is super kind and responsive!! I 10000% recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again!!!

Very nice, private unit near restaurants and activities in Austin. The view was terrific from the second floor. The kitchen was well appointed. The king size bed was comfortable. Susana allowed us to park in her carport and was very organized. The unit was nicely decorated and the rain shower was great. We walked down to the river and along the trail system. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Susana!

I would recommend this location if for not other reason than the deck and view of the city at night.

The property is as described, clean and close to everything in South Austin. The host was quickly responsive and helpful on any questions and despite living on the property as well, remained non-intrusive. Perfect spot!!!

We stayed at this great property as working artists at the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar. We have stayed at several in the past and this is by far the very best. Location is perfect, clean and homie with all amenities. The bed was very comfy after a long work day. We happen to mention that it would be nice to have a smart TV and within days Susana had replaced both televisions with smart TVs. This will definitely be our Austin spot from now on!!

The property was very well appointed, in kitchen and bath; Many extras I did not expect. The location was amazing and better than I expected. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with many huge trees, so great for walking. It is also very near a main intersection of Barton and Lamar. Twice, I walked to the Barton Springs Pool for an afternoon dip. I also figure out the bus system, so bought a day pass for $2.50 each day and rode the bus to get to and from downtown. I even rode the bus back to the airport to avoid a repeat $55 Uber fare. The bus was quick, easy, and cheap. So many restaurants within easy walking distance too. If I had 3 thumbs, I would give it 3 thumbs up!

Great find in ATX! Perfect two story unit for two friends. 5 min Uber or 15 min walk to everything. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We were in town for ACL and this was a cool place to stay within walking distance of the festival. Great view of downtown from the upstairs patio! Easy to get to downtown and bar scene.
