Zephyr Cabin, Private Beach (NVH0581)

Loved the authentic cabin, enjoyed bunnies and birds and lovely sunsets.

The listing was not accurate. Did not picture muddy, snow covered path leading up to step snow covered stairs. Reached host by text but received no help. Left without staying. Cannot get a refund. Extremely angry and disappointed. VRBO was unable to help at all.DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!

We had such a wonderful time here. Cabin is cozy and quiet. We loved walking down to the beach to enjoy the scenery.

The rustic feel brought back good memories of my childhood at our family cabin. It felt very warm, cozy and enjoyable with our friends. We signed the old leather guestbook in the middle where numerous pages had been skipped.We wished the check-in paperwork would have been given to us at the time of the reservation since we had limited cell service and Wifi coverage the day before arrival and had to spend a lot of time jumping through hoops to get it completed in time.The cabin seemed very loved with much history, so we enjoyed learning about it along with history of the native Americans who once inhabited the area. We loved walking around the streets to see all the unique mountain houses in Zephyr Cove and overall had a very pleasant experience there.

Cute cabin and so close to the beach. Well maintained and beds were comfy. Location was so awesome. Loved the peaceful setting and drinking coffee while sitting in the porch watching all the squirrels and blue jays.

We had an amazing stay in this cozy cabin. Lots of fun and so many ch to do. Central located to lots of fun. Even if you didn’t go anywhere the cabin it’s self is beautiful.

Home was very charming, cozy and clean. A bit of a walk uphill from the car.

Very cute cabin. We had a great time. There were some things that could be better. Water leaks and some mold painted over. Really great setting. Maybe a little guidance for beach access. We had a code but not clear where access point. The beach was small and not allowed in most

Historic cabin is cozy and adorable. When we arrived, it was absolutely sparkling clean. While it was built in 1927, it is fully insulated and the multiple heaters kept us plenty warm at night and the multiple fans kept us cool during the day. All appliances are modern and either new or in tip top shape. Fully stocked kitchen; I made a large batch of chili, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli, and made pancakes with ample kitchen supplies. Ate dinner at table on the deck every night. Birdfeeder brought us stellar jays, cowbirds, doves, and chipmunks. Absolutely delightful stay! You are given the gate code to be able to enter the private beach just south of the busy Zephyr Cove Beach. The same code gets you entry to Zephyr Cove Beach as well as their restaurant, store, and water toy rentals. Extremely pleasant and we spent half our days doing this. Short drive to many other pretty beaches, lakes, and parks. We were asked to sign an external contract and text an image of photo id, and selfie about 30 days before arrival; everything was fine. Tall folks take note; some beams are lower than 6 1/2 feet so watch your head. One of the loft beds has a log almost centered quite close above it; we just pulled the bed out in to the room a bit and that worked fine. Communication with the host was excellent and replies were very fast and helpful. Wonderful place, will try to stay here again if we come to the area.
