Stayed Jul 18, 2025Brought the family down to Rockport for a weekend away and a little deep sea run on Sunday. House was great and filled our needs nicely. We loved having the large, fenced-in yard to let our pups run. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and was very gracious in allowing us a late check-out on Sunday after our fishing trip.We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed May 23, 2025We enjoyed the hot tub and the amenities the property had to offer. It was a short drive to the wine festival and will be booking again next year.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025This was the first time we had to find a rental for a semi long term- the whole family (wife and i and 4 kids aged 2-10)stayed for a whole month for my job. Right when we got to the house- it was bigger than the pictures made it seem. Has a very nice sized, fully fenced in yard. Outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a wonderful hot tub on the roomy back porch. The house has windows everywhere- the natural light is absolutely wonderful, and will be something we will truly miss. The rooms are nice- we were able to have all of our kids(except the baby) upstairs, while we had the downstairs master. The house has great water pressure, and the hot water comes almost instant, and lasts a long time. Kitchen had basically all the untensils and things you could need. Couches and beds were super comfortable, and they had plenty of extra bed linens and things if needed. House is in a great spot- nice quiet neighborhood, and is rather close to wverything. Rockport beach and walmart is within 5-10 mins away. Definitely a 10/10, and will 100% stay here again if we come back to the area.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022Way better than we expected. Everything was clean, Internet fast, and backward was hear for dog because the fence has no gaps, so you don't have to worry about them.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022My first time using vrbo and won’t be my last! Beautiful home, interior is very clean and modern, outside had a nice grille and fire pit. Only about a 5 minute drive from Rockport Beach.
