The two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is stocked with clean, fresh towels.

With a shared sleeping space featuring a trundler (two twin beds) and a lounge area for the whole family to gather, watch TV, and play games. ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.



PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING

This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $89 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a Trust & Safety Fee or Management Fee.



NIGHTLY PRICING

We aim to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.



EXTRA GUEST FEE

For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The ABODEbucks team has completed the Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. HOUSE RULES

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property

✔ No smoking inside the home

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
