Enter our freshly designed vacation home through the front door. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings, period millwork & stained-glass windows, and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.



FIRST FLOOR - LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING & BATHROOM

Two spacious Living Rooms: An inviting space adorned with tasteful décor, providing comfort and relaxation for gatherings or leisure time. A cozy retreat for unwinding and bonding with loved ones and offering comfortable seating arrangements for the whole family.



KITCHEN

Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped culinary haven. It has all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding Thor six burner gas cooktop, multiple ovens, a microwave, a coffee maker, and two dishwashers to cover all the cleaning up.



DINING ROOM

Gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for twelve and two high chairs available for the little ones.



BATHROOM

Take advantage of the convenient first-floor half-bath at the end of the hallway.



SECOND FLOOR - 4 BEDROOMS & 2 FULL BATHS

Four spacious bedrooms with king-size beds feature fresh, clean linens and soft bedding for a regal and comfortable retreat. Each comfy bedroom has abundant natural light and closet space to store your belongings. Each bedroom offers a 43 TLC smart TV, detailed crown molding, non-working fireplaces original to the home, and transom windows over each door for extra natural light and hardwood floors. Bedroom #2 includes a full-size crib for your convenience.



A full-size bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone tub is shared between bedroom #2 and bedroom #3. The laundry room is in the attached closet of bedroom #1. It is a full-sized washer and dryer stocked with detergent and dryer sheets to make vacation laundry a breeze. A full-sized bathroom hallway with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo serves bedrooms #3 and #4.



THIRD FLOOR - 4 BEDROOMS & 1 FULL BATH

Bedroom #5 also functions as a game room; it is the perfect space to accommodate the younger family members. It offers a trundle with two twin beds, a 55 mounted smart TV, a kitchenette ideal for those late-night snacks, a foosball table, and plenty of classic board games. This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

- Primary renter must be 25+ years old

- Pets are not permitted on the property

- No smoking inside the home

- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm

- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

    Excellent property. Huge space. Amazingly comfy bedding! (We’re buying a mattress like they have.) Game room upstairs for the kids, quiet spaces downstairs for the bigs. Definitely would use again. Location convenient to CWE, University City, downtown. (Those who don’t know StL might have some reservations because of proximity to some sketchier parts, but that’s StL.) Recommend highly.

    We rented this home to celebrate a Christmas holiday with all the brothers and sisters and it was wonderful. The home is extremely clean. The architecture and detail is magnificent. The eight large rooms with king-size beds was very comfortable and private. The main rooms flowed into one another beautifully we all were together watching football, playing games and cooking. It was a lovely home and the management was in constant contact with me. I would highly recommend this home to a larger family coming to STL.

    The house was super spacious, clean and organized. We were a family of 9 adults and 2 kids. I was traveling with a 10 month old baby and they had cribs and highchairs which were of great help. The location is perfect! Many small shops and restaurants near by. The host was very responsive and gave us all of the information needed since day 1. We would definitely stay here again!

    Property was great. Wish there had been more towels for a three night stay. We cook a lot when we go on a family reunion so the kitchen didn't have enough equipment for us. Wish there was a grill. The rooms were great. The space amazing. The dining room could seat us all and that is hard to do. The dining room was the central place for us and was perfect. Over all we loved the space. Impressive house and a memorable place to stay.

    This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to Forest Park. We were impressed with the zoo, the art museum, the Shakespeare in the park and the science museum all of which were free. It’s easy to get to the Arch, the Budweiser brewery and the stadium. We had three generations in the house and it suited us well. It would have been helpful to have had a few more amenities such as Kleenex, more kitchen towels, maybe a few more kitchen pans like pizza pans, as well as suitcase holders in the bedrooms. But none of that took away from the beauty of the house. It was a very memorable vacation.
