Enjoy a private rooftop with seasonal pool, hot tub, fire pit, and dining areas. Inside features include a modern kitchen, bar, pool table, surround sound, computer and a luxurious primary suite. Free secured garage parking included, with walkable access to top attractions, dining, sports, and nightlife.



The Space:

Located directly across from the City Museum and overlooking Lucas Park, the penthouse is within walking distance of CITYPARK Stadium, Enterprise Center, museums, theaters, urban parks, dining, and nightlife. From professional sports and live entertainment to green spaces and landmark attractions, everything the city has to offer is moments away. Step outside and you’re surrounded by the city’s most iconic recreation and STL culture for family and friends.



Please note: The pool is closed during the winter months and will be open from the end of May or early June. The spa is available for guest use for a nightly fee of $100. Guests who book spa access will have exclusive use during their stay. If the spa is unavailable for any reason, the fee will be fully refunded.



Guest Access:

The residence includes secured, climate-controlled subterranean parking with reserved spaces adjacent to the elevator, providing direct access to the exclusive penthouse level. Accommodations include parking for three vehicles, with additional parking available by arrangement.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of downtown, this vibrant neighborhood offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, entertainment, and cultural attractions, all within walking distance—perfect for enjoying city living with convenience and energy.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to access many major attractions.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.



PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to moderate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $89 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.



NIGHTLY PRICING

Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.



EXTRA GUEST FEE

For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The ABODEbucks team has completed the Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.



HOUSE RULES

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property

✔ No smoking inside the home

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

✔Guest must agree to the terms of the Penthouse Guest Agreement.

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.We value you as our guest and are always here to help if you need anything during your stay!





Important Guest Terms (Summary)

This is a private residential penthouse, not a hotel, and it is not ADA-compliant.

Guests are required to review and sign a separate occupancy and risk acknowledgment prior to check-in. Access will not be granted without completion and may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Guests assume responsibility for personal safety and suitability of the space, including rooftop, stair, elevator, and loft-style features.

No security services are provided. Limited cameras may be present in common areas only; there are no cameras inside the unit or on private decks.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of all personal belongings.

Any water intrusion, damage, accidents, or unsafe conditions must be reported within 24 hours.

The primary guest is fully responsible for all invitees and their conduct.

Maintenance issues will be addressed when possible; however, repairs during the stay are not guaranteed.

Utilities, elevator service, or building systems may be temporarily interrupted due to events beyond the host’s control.

A full version of the Guest Terms will be provided for review and signature prior to check-in.
