Welcome to ZEN Bungalows – Oriental Bungalow



The Oriental bungalow is nestled in a wooded area in Rheezerveen, Overijssel. Here you’ll find peace and nature, but also the vibrant atmosphere of nearby cities like Zwolle and Ommen. You don’t need to travel all the way to Asia to experience that special holiday feeling – it’s right here in Overijssel.



Is this bungalow fully booked Discover our other themed houses in Rheezerveen too, perfect for a family or friends’ getaway. The bungalows are located no more than 40 meters apart and together can accommodate up to 39 people. ZEN-Bungalows has several themed bungalows.



️ Layout & Bedrooms

Cozy living room with sliding doors and views of the Oriental garden. Fireplace and outdoor fire pit for extra ambiance. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with blackout curtains and comfortable box-spring beds (single or double arrangement possible). Guest annex (third bedroom) – included from 5 paying guests: Ceiling fan, electricity, heating, WiFi. Foldable desk with chair. Garden views and direct access to sauna & hot tub. Sofa bed with mattress (80 x 180 cm) + extra sleeping space in the corner (not included in measurements).Note: the bedroom doors cannot be locked



Beds are freshly made with soft linens on arrival.



Bathroom

Luxury rain shower. Towels provided.

Kitchen

Fully equipped for cooking. Nespresso machine, milk frother, and kettle.



‍♀️ Wellness

Detached house with private garden in Overijssel. Optional wellness package: hot tub & Finnish sauna (€80 per day). Includes bathrobes, sauna towels, wood, sauna oils, and 2400L fresh water. For groups of 5+ a €20 per person per day surcharge applies. Wellness can be booked for the entire stay or just the last day(s).



The Garden

Fully private – enjoy the birdsong or a good book in the sun.



Campfire

Roast marshmallows, share stories, or just enjoy the fire’s warmth. Firewood not included; available for purchase or bring your own. Collecting wood in the forest is not allowed.



️ Parking & Charging

2 parking spots, with the option to charge 1 car. ⚠️ Note: this is not a fast-charging station. Connection: 16-amp fuse with 230-volt cable in a standard socket. Fast chargers (approx. 400 volts, 3-phase) not suitable. Service fee for charging applies for the entire stay.



Extras

Free WiFi. 6 city bikes (for short trips around Rheezerveen & Zwolle). High chair provided. Baby cot available (€20 per stay incl. bedding).

-No youth or student groups.

-Minimum age of main booker: 21.

-No smoking indoors (outdoors allowed with ashtray).

-Quiet hours outdoors: 22:00 – 10:00.

-Pets or assistance animals welcome on request (€60 surcharge per animal).

-BBQ, gourmet cooking, fondue, frying, or air fryer not allowed.

-Maximum 2 babies allowed.

-Base price applies for 2 people; extra guests at a surcharge.

-After booking: Bed preferences. ID verification of main guest. (Optional) details of all guests for digital key & directions.
