Zamar House - Historic Home a walk away from downtown Jerome

The house was perfect and the view was even better.

Everything! The closeness to downtown, shopping dining, and enjoying walking to and from the home. Our trip to Sedona was so nearby. Beautiful weather. Beautiful home. Great host

The property was exactly as described and the perfect option and location for our family getaway! The view from the decks are awesome and the walk to and from town was easy! We would be happy to stay here again!

Cute house in quiet Jerome. It was the perfect apt for a get away New Year's trip. Nicely remodeled. Everything is easily walkable from the Zamar House.

The property is well equipped and comfortable, perfect for 3 couples. Easy check in and out process. Although not an issue for us, I would warn against staying here if you have any physical limitations due to how steep the parking is to the property and accessing the downstairs living areas. I could have stayed much longer and look forward to returning!

Beautiful property with amazing views. The property was as described. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Although you do have to go downstairs to the mini bar to use the microwave. There was plenty of parking for 2 full size vehicles. We parked and walked everywhere during our stay. Restaurants, entertainment, shopping all within walking distance. Just be prepared to walk many stairs throughout Jerome and at the property. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. The owners were very patient with us upon departure. Unfortunately, one of our vehicles had a dead battery when we attempted to leave and It took Triple A a very long time to come give us a jump. The owners were very understanding and gracious which made an annoying situation so much easier. We would definitely stay here again. Can't wait to return. Book this one! Beautiful City and a very comfortable home.

This was a beautiful property with a beautiful view of the sunrise. It had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was great at communicating with us and was detailed with the information. Which is much appreciated.

This is a unique property, a very old house with a good deal of character.

We loved everything about our stay! The house was spotless, thoughtfully updated, beautifully decorated, and even more gorgeous than the photos. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was easy to locate, easy to check in, and provided a perfect holiday setting for our family of four and our lazy old lady dog. The kitchen was well-stocked, beds were cozy, and we loved stargazing from the porch. Jerome is such a magical place, we’ve stayed in 7 or 8 vacation rentals in town and this is definitely our favorite so far. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We love the property and enjoyed staying there. It's very close to restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Jerome is a place that I highly recommend to people who haven't visited yet. And this was a wonderful place to stay.

The Zamar House is lovely! We had plenty of room for the 5 of us! The assistance we received was great!

Our stay at the Zamar house was superb! We had 6 adults and an infant and really enjoyed our time. The house and bedrooms are much more spacious than the pictures appeared online. We were pleasantly surprised with how much room we had in the upstairs living room and kitchen.

The house was great tons of room. If you are older than 50 I don’t recommend this house the stairs down to the house and the lower floors are very steep and filled with foliage you will crash and burn. Very cool vintage house to stay in.

We were blown away by this property! It was so charming, historic but had absolutely all the comforts and conveniences of home. We walked all over Jerome right out the door, early morning to late night. That was so great! We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you Gretchen for being a super amazing host! We will definitely be back!
