Stayed Jan 6, 2024Worked well for a girls trip of 4. Some things to note: not enough trash bags or tiolet paper provided, not enough towels, ceiling fans were unbalanced, loud & not useable. Small things, overall would stay here again

Stayed Jan 9, 2026Four female friends all in our 70s and 80s stayed for 3 nights. The house met our needs nicely, especially with four bedrooms so we each had our own. The electricity went out the first evening around the whole area, not just in this house. Host Maria was very receptive to our phone call and was able to report the projected time of restoration to us within a few minutes. We definitely would recommend this home to others. Our only concern was that given our ages, we all prefer higher toilets, but that would not be an issue for younger people. We especially appreciated the cozy living room area where we spent much time talking and just enjoying being together.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024This was my first time doing a VRBO rental and thanks to a great experience, I won't be my last. The property presented as described. The owners provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The neighborhood was quiet and provided easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. The owners were very responsive with questions.

Stayed Jan 13, 2024We loved this having so much privacy even in the high fenced cement block back yard! We enjoyed walking in this neighborhood even if I went on my own, I felt very comfortable! The bed was very comfortable. There were only 2 of us but we could have had more people in the house with us quite comfortably. The house was immaculate! We would definitely stay here again! We would recommend this home to our friends and family!

Stayed Dec 7, 2022This house was immaculate! Beautiful inside and out. Nice big back yard. It was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to get to the freeway. Lots of restaurants close by. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Only thing I wish we had, was more of the large garbage bags. I met the neighbor across the street and she was very nice. Nice neighborhood. I have stayed at other houses in Yuma, and this one is the best one. I highly recommend it.
