It is a beautiful well kept home. Everything you could want or need. The backyard and patio is absolutely the nicest of any vacation home we have ever stayed at. Their are no hosts any better than Lisa. She checks on you to see if all is well, if she needs to get us something. This was our 2nd stay in this rental. We will definitely stay there again.

House was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great for visiting our friends who live in Fortuna foothills. Our host was great with communicating with us when needed. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to others.

We want to thank Lisa again this year for a wonderful stay in her beautiful house. This was our third year and we hope to return next year. We had to arrive a day later than scheduled…Lisa would have adjusted our reservation but the house schedule was fully booked. Thank you Lisa for your thoughtfulness

We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed and more. The backyard is comfortable for hanging out and relaxing after a long day. The house is comfortable and cozy to relax. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook up the perfect and easy meal.

We were very happy with the accoms, exactly as we expected based on the listing. Lisa was a super responsive host and we will book this home again if we return to Yuma. Highly recommend!

Second time staying here and I will definitely book again. Lovely house with all the conveniences of home. Nice neighborhood and great location for golfing or hiking in the foothills. Check in/out was a breeze. Lisa is very responsive and pleasant host. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very nice property, we will rent there's again

Lisa is by far the best host I’ve ever had. Her personal communication to make sure we had all that we needed went beyond what I expected. The house has easy access to all you need, but is in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire house was well stocked to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I stayed with my daughter and tour grandkids, the home was plenty roomy and the kids enjoyed themselves with a full selection of games. My son and family live in the neighborhood so this will be our #1 pick when we visit again. Thank you Lisa!
