Your Ultimate Retreat – Steps from Beach with PVT Heated Pool, Slide & Hot Tub!

This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in! The outdoor space was incredible - completely private and perfect for relaxing or playing. We loved the shaded seating area, table tennis, heated pool, hot tub, and the bikes and grill were such a great bonus. Our kids had the best time swimming and playing with their cousins while the adults enjoyed the beautiful beach views. Inside, the house was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even provided games to play. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best time at this property!! The location is great and I can’t say enough about the pool and outdoor space! The house is very clean and has all the necessary pots/utensils for cooking. The bedrooms were perfect with comfortable beds and the loft area is a perfect bonus space for kids! The owner was great in communicating and making sure we had what we needed. We look forward to staying in the future!

This home by far exceeded my expectations. The house was spotless when we arrived. When I stepped into the back yard, it was almost a resort. We loved everything from the pool to the surround sound system. It’s very comfortable sitting in the breezeway. The beds were comfortable and I was pleased to see the same pillow brand I use at home. I would definitely rent this property again.

Very nice and clean - enjoyed sitting on the deck and swimming in the pool. The ping pong table and the refrigerator in the lower level was a plus.

This is the first time we’ve stayed at Surf City with a Pool. It was a great option for our group to split up the day. The landscaping is great and we loved the breezeway as well. Very Clean and easy check in.

We returned for another stay & the entire experience was excellent … we wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the Fall or next summer

The house was beautiful. The pool was even better. We had 3 adults and 4 children and everyone had a blast. It's a short walk to the beach that wasn't over crowded. Definitely recommend.

The house was exactly what was seen on pictures. The property was clean, the pool was the favorite spot for the kids, and the proximity to the beach was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities.

This property is EXACTLY as described. Fully stocked, perfect backyard paradise, beautifully appointed, kid and tween approved, and right across the street and a short walk down to the beach access (#24). This part of the beach was not crowded even on a perfect weather, long weekend. There is no public lot at this access which I believe helped. The beach is the perfect width, has powdery sand, and clear blue water. The owners were VERY responsive and helpful. The house is conveniently located to great restaurants (check out Shaka Taco and North side juice). We could have come with just clothes, food and sunscreen and we would’ve been set. We will be back to enjoy the views (we saw two shooting stars) and water slide again!

Owners are fantastic to work with. Kids love the pool and the house has so many things to keep the kids entertained.

We loved staying here. Young kids and adults, short walk to the beach, close to everything. Amenities can’t be beat, everyone was so comfortable. We will 100% be booking this house again!

We also got good use out of the first floor ping pong table and the hot tub. The house is a short (5 min) walk from the beach and the owners provided a wagon (with large wheels to navigate the sand) to bring whatever you need to the beach. The owners also provide beach chairs and paddle boards, which my family was all to happy to make use of.

We had 8 adults and 1 child in our group. The house was clean and we all had enough room. The weather was perfect! Very close walk to the beach. Being able to have beach time and pool time was great. We utilized the beach wagon, bikes, boogie board, ping pong table, and pool slide. Everyone had a great time. The only recommendation: It would have been nice if there was a downstairs bathroom for quick use while using the pool. I would definitely rent this houae again.

This was one of our best family vacations to Topsail yet. The house is in a great location and has so many things to do right on the property too. The house was also really clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
