Stayed Jun 4, 2026Nice older home suitable for a long weekend. Very close to rend lake facilities, and shopping in Benton. Well kept grounds and house is clean but showing age. Would stay again.

Stayed Apr 26, 2026Went for fishing trip group of 4. As others have stated, turning around and parking are challenging with two trucks and boat, but doable. Mike was fine with and even suggested driving through grass to get turned around as long as it wasn’t raining. Unfortunately it rained two of the four days we were there. We managed. Property could use a little maintenance but was fine for our purpose.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026The location of the property is excellent for those that like to fish or just enjoy the outdoors, and conveniences and amenities are just a short drive. House is an older home, but it is well maintained. My brothers and I loved our stay.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Upon arrival, we had an issue with the refrigerator, but Mike had it resolved quickly...appreciated his quick response to any of our requests. The property met all of our needs. It was close to restaurants and a Walmart for necessities was located just a few miles from the house. It was clean and comfortable and very close to Rend Lake. There were five beds and enough room for everyone to sit comfortably in the living room. The kitchen provided what we needed. We will definitely stay her again.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024My daughter’s wedding and reception venue were at the spillway recreation area and this house was only a half mile away. It worked out perfectly and the house was just the space we needed to get ready and be close by. Everything was as it is listed. Very happy with this rental and recommend to anyone that needs to stay close in that area.
