When we visit family in the Chicago area we routinely stay at this house. It works perfectly for us and we are happy to return. Very comfortable and clean with a contemporary look and very nice appliances.

We stayed here for four nights in April 2026 as a base of operations to visit my son, his wife, and their new baby. It was me, my wife, and two adult daughters plus my 18-month-old grandson. The property is in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to everything you need. The property is nicely renovated and well maintained. It was also spotlessly clean! We would highly recommend this property when visiting Arlington Heights and the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!

My son and I booked bays at TopGolf. We brought our 2 small dogs. The house has a small fenced in backyard. The house is in a great neighborhood. We walked our dogs everyday to a nearby park. Very clean and well maintained house. It was a perfect stay!

This home is a great cute space. It is super clean and decorated very nicely. It is well equipped with all the kitchen essentials. I was excited that it had a tea pot, as I don’t drink coffee. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The check in process was super easy and checkout is also super easy. Definitely would stay again.

Great location, very comfortable for the 4 of us plus 2 dogs. All very nice amenities, with a modernized look. Excellent communication, very simple to get in and get out. Fit 2 cars and a truck in the driveway. Great back yard for the dogs. Definitely recommended.

This cute, unassuming house on a quiet street in a wonderful neighborhood near town has surprises for the guests: sleek decor, high tech but easy to use washer/dryer, even the hot water kettle was modern but easy. Most amazing to us were the exterior doors - modern design with magnetic closures and very secure locks.
