Our experience was wonderful! The home is convenient to the beach, downtown shops, restaurants, parks, …! We could not have chosen a more perfect spot for family while we celebrated our daughter’s wedding! The house is beautiful, comfortable and attention to detail for guests is unparalleled! The outside deck and grounds are lovely! Our daughter had pictures inside and out, it felt like we were home. From the moment we arrived, the home greeted us! The hosts are warm and accommodating; they responded immediately to all of our questions. If you’re staying in the Spring Lake area, this is the VRBO for you!!

This was one of our best VRBO experiences! Agata was a pleasure to deal with, very communicative and accommodating. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable with Luxurious bedding and baths. Great location, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The backyard is lovely. We were busy with wedding events all weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the beach chairs, beach passes and bikes provided. We will just have to come back!

This was a return family visit to a very special house. Everything I’ve stated in an earlier review still stands strong which is why this place is a keeper. Both indoor and outdoor space is equally fabulous and beautifully maintained. Spacious with many comfortable gathering zones and many amenities for the children and the beach were particularly thoughtful and appreciated.

Our stay with this property was great! This is our 2nd time back at this location and we will be visiting again. Communication with property manager was excellent. Any issues we had were addressed immediately. Extras were put out for the infant that was with our party. We were never lacking in towels or toiletries. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

I did a shared house for a weekend with a bunch of my friends who came in from out of town. We had an unbelievable weekend and they were extremely accommodating, letting us check in early and supplying everything we need for the beach to air mattresses and extra space in the basement for more guests, I would highly recommend staying with this host!

This home was spectacular! 5 Stars isn't enough, it is a 10 Star experience. The pictures are great but walking in the front door and experiencng one amazing room after another made the whole home the perfect place for our event in Spring Lake! We were sad to leave! You have to book this place for your vacation!

We were so impressed with this property and the attention to detail! The owners certainly went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed to make our stay wonderful! We had our extended family of nine, including three small children, with us for a long weekend. There was certainly ample room for all of us to comfortably enjoy our weekend together. Stayed with a group of family and friends for Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect. Clean and very well stocked with essentials, plenty of space, great location close to Main Street of town and walkable to beach. Would love to stay again!

We work in film production so have experience in the area in accommodation. This stay easily outshone other stays. It is a close 5-10 minute walk to the main street for great dining, it is a very safe neighborhood and the house itself was everything and more. It reminded us of my mother’s mountain holiday home from my childhood, so great associations. You could hear the train whistle at night - I loved that with Bruce Springsteen’s Down Bound Train looping through my head. Basically spacious, well designed, lovely hospitality and a beautiful space and home. Thank you! Mark and Evette

Beautiful house close to the beach, just a few minutes drive. Or easy run to the boardwalk! The town, which has lots of shops and places to eat, is about a 10 minute walk from the house. Inside was wonderful! We had 6 adults and 4 children. All bedrooms were great and super comfy. Bathrooms are large with jacuzzis and the house was extremely well stocked. The deck and patio were beautiful, plenty of seating and tables. The fire pit at night was great. Can’t say enough how great a find this was. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful house, well deserving of a five star review. The house itself is in immaculate condition, both inside and out, easily one of the most well maintained houses I've ever had the pleasure of renting. The house is very spacious with beautiful and comfortable furniture in each room. It's not just the inside that's well appointed, the outdoor areas are just as great, with multiple seating areas. In the back yard, there's a nice deck, as well as a patio, both with very comfortable furniture and umbrellas should you want some shade. So, whether you're looking to get some sun, or relax with a book in some shade, there's a perfect spot for you. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen is well thought out and the appliances are high end, and I'm sure would please any aspiring (or actual) chefs. I'd also like to acknowledge some of the extras that are provided for your enjoyment. While most beach houses may provide a few old, rusty beach chairs, I'm pleased to say that this was not the case here, all of the chairs were new and rust free, as were the very cool beach cruiser bikes. This was a very pleasant surprise. To me, this seems to show the high level of care and concern the owners have for both the house and your overall experience while staying at their property. The owners were very helpful prior to our stay, and they even reached out on check-in day to make sure we were happy and hadn't encounter any issues. I'd highly recommended this property!
