Pristine beach getaway perfect for big family with 3 good sized bedrooms plus a breezeway/guest room with trundle bed - Sleeps 8. Master has large flat screen TV and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms with twin beds in each. 2 full bathrooms and hardwood floors. Eat in Kitchen with granite counter-tops and GE appliances. Two front sitting rooms one with large HD tv, wifi included.

Beautiful custom constructed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the day's sand under the setting sun. Large front porch with big chairs for relaxing early morning or after beach. Oversized private back yard with English garden. On the brick patio you will find a large teak table with umbrella that seats 8, conveniently located next to a new Weber grill.

Central air-conditioning & family sized washer and dryer. We have a one car garage, the driveway fits 2 SUVs & if you need additional, street parking is not an issue. 5 Beach badges for Spring Lake's beach & 2 pools, including a beach storage box so you do not have to lug beach chairs and umbrellas to and from the house everyday. Enjoy 4 Beach Cruisers to ride all around town. We are two blocks from the main part of town and 4 blocks to the beach.

We had a great and convenient stay. Adorable, clean, well maintained home! Bikes provided to get to the beach. Great relaxing getaway. Enjoyed R&R on the porch or in the lovely backyard when not at the beach. Cabana/locker on the beach a huge positive! Not necessary to carry chairs, umbrellas or boogie boards back and forth!

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Spring Lake the past two weeks, the location was fantastic (close to everything) and the house was immaculate. No need to drive for anything in town-all is accessible by walking or bike. Owners were readily available for anything we needed (though we didn't need anything). Highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent in Spring Lake.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property! From the enormous, beautiful yard to the cozy den, we adored this house! The location was perfect with a short bike ride though a stunning park and even shorter ride to town. Thank you for making our summer vacation one we will always cherish!

the house was perfect for our family.. location to town and beach no more than 5 blocks.. walk or take the bikes the were available for us. We loved the lockers on the beach for chairs and surfboards. Didn't have to lug them back and forth from the house!

House is in a perfect spot, easy walk or bike ride to beach and town. Backyard was amazing with lots of seating and space for family bbq’s. We so enjoyed spring lake and hope to be back again next year!
