Beautiful, spacious and fun. The dock house has water toys and the team had an amazing time — especially those from drier climates. :)

This is truly an amazing place, just as advertised. We would have had a great trip to Austin without leaving the property. The pool, the views, the dock, along with the hosts all were 10 STAR. Family of 20 visited and we were all very comfortable. Thanks Tony.

The property was exactly as listed and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. 8 man golf trip, great location (45mins) from great courses. The pool, house and overall amenities were perfect. View and pools were spectacular with multiple grills for outdoor cooking!

Wonderful house and incredibly attentive hosts. Great amenities, a bunch of extras that aren't listed, and the pool did not disappoint at all. Also, the movie room was a real hit. I hope we will be welcome back.

This property was perfect for our work event. It is nicely spread out to provide different venues for meetings. The bedrooms were also quite nice and the kitchen was well stocked, perfect for working lunches. Would definitely recommend this property to others. The hosts were excellent! Thank you!

Wonderful host and property, it was even better than in the posting. Our family had plenty of space to enjoy both time together and apart, with both sunny and shaded outdoor spaces, two living room areas (one in each building), lots of king-sized beds, amazing primary suite and other bedrooms also really nice. We loved our stay!

This house is past amazing! It was super clean and absolutely beautiful. There was nothing anyone could ever complain about while staying here. It was stocked with very essential needed during our stay. Our host were top notch. They were the sweetest and went above and beyond to take care of any needs we may have.

You will NOT be disappointed in any way with this amazing home and attention to details! We could not have had a better time! Kids and adults loved the swing and kayaking and paddle boards. I've easily stayed at 100 vacation rentals across different platforms and this was unlike anything i've ever seen or experienced. The first class service started the second we pulled up and Tony helped us unload our cars. A full tour of the pristine home (estate?) fully stocked with everything you could ever dream followed. I promise you it is better than you think it could be in every way possible but the hosts were the icing on the cake: kind, welcoming, excited for us, understanding and accommodating in every single way. Thank you Tony! This was a dream

Our stay was amazing. Magdalena & Tony are the best and so easy to work with. They were super accommodating to all our needs and were so easy to reach. They also have all non-toxic products in their house which was a huge plus. Will for sure stay here again.

This house needs to be seen to be believed. The pictures do not do it justice! Rain or shine it’s impossible not to have a great time here. The location is perfect because you’re right on the lake but still close enough to downtown Austin that travel was really seamless. Tony and Magdalena were amazing hosts. Check-in was easy and they were incredibly responsive if we needed anything or had questions. The house is in incredible condition. Our group was in awe of the house and we had the best time.

This property was a dream!! It’s comparable to staying at a resort in a foreign country with the views and the gorgeous pool/ hot tub! We loved singing karaoke til late at night and took a boat one day right from the dock. We loved how spacious it was and how everyone had the privacy of their own bathroom!

Absolutely incredible! These homes were stunning! Our group of ten couples gathered here for our annual Marriage Retreat, and the property was perfect. There are two houses on the estate. The second house, with its three king bedrooms and three full and one half bathrooms, was ideal for those in our group who needed to avoid stairs. It felt like stepping into a brand-new model home, complete with modern amenities and even a shower chair, which was a tremendous help for our couples with disabilities. It was conveniently located just steps away from the main house. The main house was breathtaking! The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the views made us feel like we were living in a movie. The spacious kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, was a dream, and the fully stocked pantry was a wonderful touch. Our chef took advantage of the outdoor grill, and we enjoyed a stunning sunset dinner outside. Our time was filled with fun and relaxation—playing ping pong, soaking in the jacuzzi, fishing off the dock, and singing karaoke late into the night. Tony and Magdalena were absolutely delightful, incredibly attentive, and made us feel like part of their family. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate our group, from small details like providing extra batteries to swapping twin beds for a queen. May God continue to bless and prosper your family!

Highly recommend. We stayed here with a group of 13, the property is everything it is advertised to be and more. Tony and Magdalena are the best hosts I have ever had for a rental property. Very attentive, great communication, and made everything so easy and smooth for us. We were even able to get a party barge to pick us upright at the dock for a day on the lake.

Quality property with fantastic views. There were no shortcuts. Every aspect was top notch. Tony and Magdalena were easy to work with from booking to check out. Highly recommend for large family/group.

The pictures don’t do the property justice! The view as soon as you enter the house and see the view of the lake is incredible. The owner Tony met us there at check and and went through how to use all the amenities like the sound system, pool, theater, and more with great detail and made himself available to help during the stay if needed. We had a group of about 17 and everyone had a blast and didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a house rental service.

Wonderful property and hosts.

A group of 13 women in our 40s stayed here and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Each room was sparkling clean with its own large bathroom, flat screen TV, and luxurious sheets. The pool and hot tub make it so you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. Most of all, Tony and Magdalena are incredibly responsive and gracious!! We placed a grocery order in advance and they unpacked everything for us so that the house was fully stocked when we arrived. Tony even came over one evening to take a sunset group photo with his nice camera. We had the best time and highly recommend this property for a fun and relaxing time in Austin!

10 Couples. Facilities were AWESOME It was like being at an all-inclusive resort but we knew everyone there! The most fun we've had at our reunion in 40 years. Tony and Magdelena couldn't have been better. They resolved any issue, Immediately! Thank You for hosting our group, we couldn't have had a better time anywhere. Cheers.

Tony and Magdalena were fantastic hosts. This property has everything and the pictures highlighted the main features but didn’t even do it justice! We loved the views from the pool and pool bar. The karaoke stage was awesome and we watch nfl kickoff weekend on the giant projector in there as well. They thought of everything and provided supplies so we didn’t have to worry about much with everyone flying in from all over the country! If you are heading to the Austin area - definitely book this place!!
