Great place to stay with kids. Close to the park, eat access to pizza and right on the beach.

Host was great! And was walk to the beach was wonderful! Place was clean and hot tub added a great experience.

We had a great time here! The cottage was beautiful and clean and we truly enjoyed our time!

Everything was clean and in great shape. Great location and hot tub and beach toys along with kite there for us to use were great bonuses!

It was everything we expected. Watch sunrise from the living room. Private access to beach. Rinse off in an outdoor shower when you get back, then jump into the hot tub on the deck. Good mattresses, bathrooms work, appliances work, cooling heating works. 7 miles from the bridge. No traffic in December. No complaints.

Great spot. Very easy to get to the beach and to the pier. Little topsail town is very quiet and you can walk to restaurants from the house which was nice.

Always fabulous.... this is our 4th stay at this property and can not wait to come back.It has become a family tradition!

Wonderful view of ocean; walk out back door and you're on the beach. Yet privacy is maintained. Hot tub available; but we didn't use it. Kitchen was well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay at topsail despite some rainy days. The house was very nice and we did not have any complaints.Thank you!

Such a disappointing stay for this house rental. Kitchen had ants and all cooking pans were rusted or very worn. Ice machine in refrigerator makes a terrible loud noise. So many old food items left in pantry that there was little storage room. Water pressure was terrible you could not have two showers going at same time without water just trickling. Bathroom with tub had no hot water for tub and sink stopper was broken. Third story deck had loose boards making it a hazard for children. House is right next to fishing pier and parking lot for motel which has fishermen coming and going in early morning and late night very loud parking lot. It is also across the street from arcade and putt putt which had music blaring Wednesday- Friday from 8:00-10:30 so loud it shakes windows- making it impossible for our toddlers to sleep.

House was perfect with a wonderful view. Perfect for our group.

We have stayed here many times over the last 2 decades. Our favorite of all beach stays!No pix of the house because we’re always on the beach! But it’s beautiful, comfortable and the owners are GREAT

Our recent stay in Topsail Island was spent in a beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and well appointed home. We can’t say enough for it’s convenience and comfort that allowed our family to focus on our time on the beach and making memories.

Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay here. Everyone had plenty of room and also space to hang out in the living room with a beautiful view right off the deck. Hot tub was great and just a short walk to enjoy the beach. Easy to walk to deli and just 10 min to lots of other restaurants. Highly recommended.

The house was as advertised, we had plenty of space to spread out. You can’t beat being able to walk to the beach and have a hot tub to use. We had a very relaxing week at the beach and would definitely return to this property in the future. The owner provided great communication during our trip.

We had stayed here five or six years prior and had an even better time this trip. View is still amazing, kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy.

The home was perfect for our family getaway at the beach for the end of summer!! Love the home and the amenities! Updates to the home are made regularly and the property owners were very nice and helped me with all my questions!

The beach house was clean and beautifully decorated. It had many amenities that allowed my family to have a restful and relaxing week at the beach.

The house was set up to comfortably handle our whole group. It was stocked with everything you could think of. Great access to the beach. Great views. Plenty of things to do in the area. I recommend checking out the Missiles and more museum. We had a great family night playing bingo at the Assembly Building across the street. We made so many memories this past week that we will be reliving for years to come.Our host Lisa was great. She responded quickly to any question we had.

The week could not have been better. The weather turned out to be perfect, the water was a delight even though a few days were rough and we had an ocean breeze everyday. Wide beach to spread out on. The was designed so that it stayed pretty much sand free, Wow what a releif. However the stairs, made sure you got your steps in each day. It was nicley appointed and well maintained. Loved the location. Would love to rent it again.

The property was spotless and exactly as described. Super clean, well stocked, and right on the beach. Lisa and Jim were super responsive on one minor issue. Lisa even checked in on us at one point before Tropical Storm Debby hit. Even with some poor weather we had a great time here! Would definitely stay here again!
