Your Dream Vacation With Private Pool Near Many Beaches

The property is centrally located at a max of 20 mins from the furthest beach we wanted to visit. It’s a quiet neighborhood and very spacious! The beds are comfortable, kitchen is a great ample size, and we had all we needed to enjoy our time! Beach towels are a huge plus since we went every day to a different beach and didn’t have a lot of time to wash. Communication with the Host was very easy and fast.

Great house, well appointed, close to everything. The host took care of a water issue personally and promptly. We look forward to renting this house again.

This is a great location with everything you need nearby in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean with plenty of room. Pool was clean. The provided laundry facilities and beach accessories were a plus. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family during our vacation.

Couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommend this house, would definitely stay here again.

Nice house. Great weather

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We had four adults and two 11-year-olds. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed having a pool. This house was only a short drive to Manasota and Venice Beach. The owner was also very accommodating and able to move our check-in time a couple of hours earlier.

We loved the layout of this house! The open living room and kitchen are very bright and cheery. Sadly, the January weather wasn't very conducive for using the beautiful pool. Mr. Johnson was amazingly accommodating during our 3 week stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The home was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The owner was very nice to work with. He was very responsive and allowed us to add an extra day at the last minute. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Bud waa great communicating with me, allowed us to check in early which was incredibly helpful! The pool was our favorite part of the house. Great stay!

Place was cute and had lots of potential but it was not very clean and had an old smell to it. It needs a good deep cleaning. The toilets were full of rust, as was the master shower floor. The owner is very nice but his cleaning people are not doing a good job IMO. Good location, lots of beach towels and pool is cute as well. Great location! Beds were comfortable which was a big plus. The main shower has a 1/2 glass door but it sprays all onto floor so be sure to put down extra towels.

This was a great house. Clean and the location was excellent for the things we wanted to do. My kids loved the pool. This will sound crazy but one thing I really appreciate was the plastic plates and cups. It drives me batty when places say they are “kid friendly” but have zero plastic plate and cup ware. We would definitely stay at this home again. Communication with the home owner was excellent.

The house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well appointed. The pool was clean and the water was refreshing. Very private back yard. Property manager communicated promptly with us. I would rent this house again.

My 7 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool was refreshing and the house is so close to several different beaches and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Hope to stay again when I am in the area!
