Stayed Aug 19, 2023This was not only a short walk to the beach, but also a great location for getting to various sites on the Cape. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. My only small gripe was that the beach chairs are slightly shabby, but the beach umbrella was key and it was nice to not have to bring one.

Stayed Sep 9, 2022This was a great house in a great location. Very easy walk to the beach, close to everything you need, and a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners are very nice and very responsive. The only negative was the beds were not very comfortable, but nothing a mattress pad couldn’t solve. Would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022This house was perfect for our family of four, and there is even room for more. The house was clean and simply laid out. Great neighborhood for morning jogs and literally a 5 walk to a beautiful beach. We really enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck each morning, listening to the ocean. The neighborhood is really quiet at night. Communication with Mark was prompt and pleasant. The only drawback was the small beds. Not really a problem for our 8 and 11 year old daughters. But the listed queen is actually a full and was short for my tall spouse. Having to bring our own sheets and towels was a drawback. Still, having said that, we would gladly stay again.
