Stayed Jun 22, 2023This cottage was perfect for our 2-night stay on the Cape! We love Eastham, and will definitely remember this to come back to (the weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to enjoy any time at the beautiful beach). We were a party of 5 and fit comfortably - there were plenty of beds and the cottage is well-appointed. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Jul 30, 2022This property was perfect for our family of 4 for a week long stay. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would ever need, bathroom has a stacked washer dryer. The yard, while small had a really nice outdoor shower, grill, fire pit, and a nice sized dining table on the deck, great for enjoying family dinners. A close stay to beautiful Eastham bayside beaches including gorgeous sunsets at Cooks Brook (10 minute walk), access to a small association beach, and only a short drive to top-rated National Seashore beaches (Nauset Light and Coast Guard). Bedrooms were cozy and all had very comfortable beds. Shed was also stocked with some nice beach gear that came in handy. The property manager was always immediately available and very accommodating and owners had put together a very thorough guide book with recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend this property for a small group!
