Yosemite Estate: Pool, Hot tub, Outdoor Fireplace, Tennis and Basketball court

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this rental property. The Property is exactly as it is described and the reviews are accurate. You can tell alot of effort was put into preserving the original character of this home while also adding the necessary modern amenities. The more time you spend there the more you notice and appreciate all of the little details around the home and property grounds. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The outside grounds make you feel like you are someplace far away but just a short walk down the stone stairwell and you are steps away from downtown Mariposa with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Grocery store very close by as well. Family had a great time swimming, soaking in the hot tub, playing basketball, and pickleball. Owners were very nice and communicated well. We'll be looking forward to another stay in the not so distant future.

This home is the best! It has all the comforts of home with a gorgeous oasis-like setting. We will always return to this property.

This home was a great place to stay while visiting Yosemite! About an hour drive to the park through beautiful winding terrain. We picked this home because of the pool, which we like to do after a day of hiking and exploring everything the park had to offer. Just a minute from downtown Mariposa where the restaurants are located. Highly recommend for families.

This is the 2nd time my sisters and I stayed here for a week. It is the most comfortable home we have stayed at for our annual sister trip. It is a gorgeous home!

We absolutely loved our stay. This property is magical with a charming home, pristine pool and beautiful grounds. It was close to shops and restaurants. An easy drive to Yosemite. My family especially loved the pool and sports court….lots of memories made playing pickleball til dark. Beds were comfy, home was clean, and the setting couldn’t have been better! Thank you so much! We hope to be back soon!

Ok , so I can’t wait to go back there!We chose this place because it looked like it would be perfect for our daughter’s wedding reception and it was!! The house the grounds were just lively and everyone enjoyed all the amenities!

We booked this property for our visit intoYosemite. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked in a few nights & ate breakfast before heading out. The town is small, but very charming. We could walk to many restaurants. The patio/pool area was AMAZING! Owner was very easy to communicate with. I have been staying @ VRBO’s for many years, but have never been compelled & impressed enough to write a review.

Our stay was perfect. The house and grounds were beautiful! Our son got married in Yosemite and the location worked really well. Brian was so helpful from restaurant suggestions to park information. I wish our stay was longer.

The property was a well maintained and renovated home originally built in the 1930s. We appreciated the amenities of the property and that the home came with plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen had many of the amenities needed for cooking including coffee, sugar and sugar substitutes, spices, etc. We also enjoyed being a few blocks from the main street of the small town of Mariposa.

Trabucco House is perfect place for relaxing or exploring Yosemite. Quiet neighborhood, nature right next to the house, we saw deers every day, The house is well equipped exactly as described, overall perfect stay, highly recommended.

We loved the house. Everything was perfect. We spent every day cooking great meals in the kitchen and outside on the BBQ while lounging in the pool. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Thanks to the host!

We had a marvelous time staying at this amazing home. King beds in all the rooms, plenty of linens and towels. And the amenities were exquisite. Very well taken care of and manicured property. Pool, Hot tub, Grilling areas, Basketball/pickleball. Would recommend it to anyone!

This was our first time in California and Yosemite, and it was perfect. This house was amazing! It felt like we stepped back in time. So much character! We loved the quiet, secluded yard, pool, and gardens. After a long day of exploring Yosemite, a dip in the pool with the family or a game of pickleball was exactly what we needed. The house was abundantly stocked with plenty of towels, cooking items, and bedding. The beds were so comfortable. We slept hard! On top of all of that, the host, Brian, was the best. He communicated on every detail and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I would 100% stay here again, and my family would too! Thank you!

Our family of 8 just got home from our stay in this vacation rental. It was even better in person! This is a beautiful house in an even more beautiful setting. We took advantage of all the amenities it had to offer. We had a fantastic week at the house, in Yosemite NP, and the quaint town of Mariposa! Hope we’ll be able to visit again in the future!
