Stayed May 24, 2025Our family group of 7 stayed for a wedding weekend at this home, perfect for our celebration. We had plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms to get ready. The house is very well furnished. I could not think of one thing that I wanted that wasn’t provided. It’s a beautiful and pleasant space to spend some time. Sean is a wonderful host. He made check in and check out very smooth. Communication was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We had 3 families of cousins stay for the week and had great time during our stay in the house. Plenty of room for everyone, the kids had their own area downstairs, the deck was great for dining, morning coffee, quiet reading - whatever was happening at the time! The house was immaculately clean and had everything a home needs to live in comfortably. The homeowners thought to supply everything families need to live and enjoy day to day, including a great welcome box of snacks! The house was beautifully decorated with a seaside theme consistently thru the house which just added to it's charm. We could walk everywhere: short and long sands beach, the Nubble lighthouse, downtown, etc. We'll be back next year!

Stayed Sep 15, 2023This property was AMAZING. It was extremely clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Sean was a very welcoming host who answered questions in an extremely timely manner. He was also willing to offer us a different weekend for our trip due to extreme weather at no additional charge. This was by far the best rental accommodation I have ever stayed at, and I would certainly recommend this house for every occasion.
