Pet-Friendly Setup
We’re happy to welcome dogs, and other pets may be considered with prior approval. A pet fee applies. We provide bowls, furniture covers, towels for muddy paws, and a few extras to help make traveling with pets easy and comfortable.

Off-street parking available for 2-3 cars (tandem). Street parking is available but subject to local restrictions.

Noise Note
Being close to downtown means some daytime activity and occasional train noise. White noise machines and earplugs are provided.

A few helpful things to keep in mind:

Rental Agreement & Verification
A rental agreement is required after booking. For non-Airbnb reservations, guest verification and any required deposit are handled through our third-party partner, Truvi. Feel free to reach out before booking with any questions.

Location & City Sounds
Located on the edge of downtown, the home offers excellent walkability along with some daytime activity and occasional train noise from about two blocks away. We provide double-pane windows, white noise machines, and earplugs for added comfort.

Security Cameras
For safety and property security, exterior cameras are located at the front door, back door, and driveway areas. These monitor entrances and outdoor spaces only. There are no interior cameras.

Landscaping & Trash
Landscapers visit every other Friday, usually mid-morning. Trash service is also on Fridays and is typically handled by our team.
