We enjoyed our stay at this great house located in a cute residential area 10 mins from the Memorial Union at Davis. The home has been updated, is spotless, and is well appointed by the owners. Thought has been put into making it easy for the guests and the small touches such as a few condiments in the fridge and shampoo/conditioner in the shower were appreciated. Thank you!

The home was well appointed and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood near a large park. It was the perfect spot for us to stay while moving our son to UCD! We’ll definitely try to come back!

This property was excellent. The house was impressively clean, well stocked, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Appreciated having the garage to park in as it helped so the vehicle was not so hot when getting in. We also rented bikes for the week so being able to park them in the garage was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Seating area was nice. The location was great as it was only a mile from families house.

We stayed in this home while in town for a soccer tournament. Great, quiet, clean neighborhood. House was full stocked with everything we could need. Will stay here again if we come to this tournament next year! Thanks for the great stay!
