Check in and out was simple, communication was great. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well thought out. My son said “this looks like a billionaire’s house!” 10/10 would rent again.

Beautiful home, relaxing and conveniently located near campus

Loved our stay. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Pool access was great for the hot days! The neighborhood is darling. Parking can be a little tricky if family has more than two small cars to be in the carport. There is guest parking close by though. Darish was extremely communicative and worked well with us. Would love to stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home. Comfortable and nicely decorated.

The interior of the house feels new with great appliances and is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sleeping quarters are nicely separated from public living spaces. The balcony is an enjoyable spot to enjoy take in fresh air and the lovely trees. For my husband and myself, what was truly special were the varied gardens of the community of homes, the village’s community gardens, making for pleasurable walks and seeing the pets who lived with their people. There is a “magic” that is not easily described but makes for an enchanting experience. The location is near downtown, the Farmer’s Market (very much worth visiting!), restaurants, Trader Joe’s and other grocery stores and, of course, UC Davis.

The house is spacious and perfect for a large group. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

We loved our home while in Davis visiting for a friends wedding. The location was five minutes from the wedding venue and very close to the airport. The home itself was super clean and well stocked with all we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood right by UC Davis. Host open to input and a good communicator

It feels like property was recently updated. We all felt very comfortable and the quite neighborhood setting was ideal. it is a short ride to downtown and the main campus and all they have to offer.

We stayed here while we were moving our daughter into UC Davis. So close and convenient to everything but far enough off campus to have peace and quiet. Very quiet neighborhood which we liked. The pictures do not show just how big and open the house is. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our daughter and grandchildren were in town for a wedding, we totaled 5 guests. Lovely property, furnished beautifully, abundance of natural light, nice outside deck. Danish is a great host and very responsive - next time we are in the area, we will stay here again.

This property was the ideal place for family to stay for my son's wedding weekend in Davis. We were less than 3 miles from the venue and about 8-10 min from everywhere. The house is spacious and very clean! Plenty of room to sit and enjoy each other's company or have breakfast on the veranda. It feels like you are in a tree house! Layout and set up for the home were ideal. Neighborhood was quiet and cute.
