YELLOWWOOD COTTAGE - Private Outdoor Space Sophisticated Sunny Luxurious Indoor

The home was in excellent condition, clean, beautiful and overall lovely. Close to Middleburg, a delightful small town. We felt like we were in the country, but close to everything we wanted to do.

The bathrooms were beautiful and plentiful. The queen rooms's had the bathroom within the room and the shared bathroom downstairs was excellent too.... Very open spaces... two living rooms one with a fireplace... Would definitely stare there again!!

It was a very cute house that looked exactly as promised and had all the supplies (kitchen especially) we needed.

The house was just as advertised and perfect location for attending a wedding in Middleburg

Six of us girlfriends from college stayed for a long weekend. The location is amazing and close to downtown Middleburg - which is good because we couldn’t get an uber/lyft home from dinner :). House is spacious, cozy and has everything you need. We had a few creepy crawlies join us now and then, but overall it was excellent and the host is responsive.

The cottage was perfect for our family who were visiting Middleburg for a wedding. Easy to find, very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and ample parking for multiple cars. We had a great time exploring Middleburg, hiking in Sky Meadows and lunch at Delaplane Cellars. Beautiful area.

We stay at Yellowwood every year. It is on a quiet lane in the most picturesque part of Virginia (if not the country)!Also, Middleburg is just a short drive (or walk) away.We love Yellowwood!

Plenty of snow on the ground prior to the inauguration, and a perfect Winter setting for our family to enjoy their old stomping ground and see friends and colleagues. Lovely home and we will stay again!

We had a very peaceful stay. Everyone enjoyed watching the deer graze in the morning and the kids loved the swing on the beautiful yellowwood tree. The house was clean and spacious!

Yellowwood was the perfect house for six college friends who were visiting Middleburg for a friend’s wedding. The beds were comfortable, the house immaculate, and check in and out could not have been easier. The house is a split level, with a large family room down stairs and two bedrooms and a full bath. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The space is clean and light and we very much enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone who will be visiting the Middleburg area.

Lovely, well-equipped little house right outside of town. The fireplace was even set for us, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. (Too busy with shopping, dining out, spa-ing and wine tasting with Cork and Keg tours?). Would definitely stay here again.

We rented both of Missy‘s properties and went back-and-forth between them. She was super helpful and accommodating, and the properties were fantastic. Can’t say enough!

My family has stayed at Yellowwood in the past and had an excellent experience. We returned again this time and had another great experience. The owner and property manager are responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is perfect for a family. The location is excellent for anyone interested in visiting Middleburg or the surrounding area. Stronly recommended.

We had a great time at this wonderful property! It slept 5 of us comfortably, with ample space for hanging out and sharing meals (including sufficient bathrooms!). The location cannot be beat - it's beautiful and peaceful in and of itself, and then provides very easy access to the adorable downtown area of Middleburg + the various wineries in the area. We'd definitely return, thanks for everything!

Overall this was perfect for our needs. Only 5 minutes to down town quaint shops. Communication with owner was great. The listing is 100% accurate. It is in the country so there were a few bugs which is to be expected in the summer months. There was an issue with a smell in master bath, but the caretaker came immediately and found a dead mouse and removed it. Not uncommon for country living so it didn't bother us too much. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house on a beautiful lot just a mile from from the center of Middleburg. This was our second stay here and with family, I would not want to to stay anywhere else. Missy is an excellent host and quick to respond to any of our questions.
