Stayed Jul 21, 2023This was a wonderful stay. Owner provides everything you need and then some. Location into town can not be beat. Beds super comfortable. Nice towels, great coffee cappuccino machine. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Owner very attentive to needs.

Stayed Jun 8, 2023My husband and two friends were in town for the Upperville Horse Show and were so lucky to book this adorable cottage. Located just outside of Middleburg, it gave us great access to the horse show and all of the delights of the area. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the outdoor area in the back... had coffee in the morning and enjoyed the weather. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Dec 1, 2022This cottage was exactly as described...pristine! The owner has thoughtfully anticipated every practical need with an eye to the little extras that made the stay so comfortable such as plenty of thick bath towels, hotel style toiletries, and other bathroom supplies. Similarly, the kitchen was well-equipped with all needed to eat in. Beds were very comfortable. The entire property is fresh, updated, and well-maintained, including the fenced back yard complete with a firepit (firewood supplied) that we wished we had time to enjoy. Off road, paved parking beside the cottage made unloading easy. This is a lovely little Middleburg bolt hole with a very conscientious owner. We look forward to a return!
