Yellowstone North Gate House

The house was great size for our family of 5. Clean and well maintained with everything you could need for the kitchen, bathrooms etc. Excellent views! Wildlife right outside the door. Location was great, minutes from the park, coffee spots and restaurants. A nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day.

Wonderful house in a beautiful location! We really appreciated all the extra thoughtful touches in this house, such as plenty of coolers and bear spray and even snacks and water when we arrived. It was obvious that you put a lot of thought and care into your house. We had a delightful week of exploring Yellowstone and Gallatin.

Great location. Great house with very nice amenities. Many rentals have poor quality kitchen equipment which makes me crazy. This unit had a great setup. It’s very close to grocery. Gardiner is a great little town. We cooked every meal and took lunches into park. It was perfect.

The house was beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable, and served all our needs for a week visiting Yellowstone. Rick was easy to reach and responsive and accommodating. The location was great - walking distance to the market and many restaurants and a five-minute drive to the north entrance of the park. We were delighted with our stay and would return!

Great location. It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. It was nice to have the extra amenities of laundry and the grill. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. Kitchen was well equipped.

It is a beautiful house that is very well equipped and maintained. It is spacious and very comfortable for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views overlooking the Town of Gardiner and the entrance into Yellowstone NP. It is convenient to basic shopping and access to Yellowstone NP. We had the bonus of seeing a yearling black bear and a coyote in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay.

Great view and very conveniently located near the north gate entrance. Property had everything we needed for my family of four and my in-laws. We saw elk and pronghorn nearly every day near the cabin and in town. Overall, it was an excellent vacation spot.

We loved our stay at the Northgate House! The online photos don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful house, was very welcoming, very comfortable and clean and the lovely decor like the moose salt and pepper shaker, the bear paper towel holder, the books etc etc made it feel like home. We also appreciated the snacks and water that were provided, the extra towels that are available and the well stocked kitchen. And of course the amazing views from the big windows and the closeness to Yellowstone. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Part of us doesn’t want to give a 5 star review so the house will be available a little easier :) Thank you Rick and Cheryl for having us!

Great house to lay our head down at the end of day and rewind after visiting Park all day.

We loved everything about our stay! Perfect location, gorgeous home, and amazing wildlife around the house and in YNP.

Much to see from the Balcony-Mountains, Deer, Elk in the yard, close walk to town, to church, food market and shopping! It was fun watching the babies graze in the neighborhood. We could see the entrance into Yellowstone Park, very convenient! Rick, the host was very helpful, I and my friends highly recommend, this place in Gardiner!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the North Gate House. It was perfect for our family of six. The house was so comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, so close to cute restaurants and the views from the house are spectacular. We were able to view beautiful wildlife right from the house. The north gate entry into Yellowstone is visible from the house and a very short drive away. Very convenient to things and super comfortable. We had a great week at the North Gate House and we highly recommend it.

The house was wonderful. It was better than described. The appliances were excellent, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view was amazing. When we contacted the host, he was very helpful and answered promptly. We have stayed in Gardiner multiple times, but this is our first time at Northgate house. We would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Northgate House. It was very clean, there were many provisions and with 3 levels of living space there was a perfect blend of common areas and privacy. Pictures don't do justice to the view! You could spend a week just relaxing on the porch! It was a wonderful stay.

The house was very nice. Perfect amount of space and rooms for a family of 5 maybe even 1 or 2 more. Perfect great room for all to hangout in. The location can’t be beat! About 1 mile to the entrance to Yellowstone!

Excellent view of the park. We saw much wildlife in and around the house and town (as well as in the Park!) The hosts are responsive and helpful, and the house was perfect for us - clean, well situated in town and so close to the Yellowstone. Highly recommend!!

The property was wonderful. Very clean, spacious, great views and many amenities - from ice packs, coolers and family games to washer and dryer. Location was fantastic - you can see the Yellowstone Northgate entrance, and it is walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and activities, like the Flying Pig Adventures rafting.

The listing of this house was very accurate. The house was very comfortable and felt like home. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. We hope to be back. Very quick access to Yellowstone as well!!

WOW!!! What an absolutely amazing place to stay for our Yellowstone vacation. Our family had such an excellent time that we can't wait to go back!!! The house was so much more than we expected. We had elk walking around the house with their babies every day :) This was the PERFECT place for our family to explore Yellowstone. The owners were fantastic in communicating with us. If you want to get away from the crowds and have easy access to Yellowstone from the North Entrance, this is the place for you!!! Thank you, and we hope to see you soon!
