Stayed Oct 9, 2025The house was only surface level cleaned, swept but not mopped. We cleaned the dining table which came up very dirty before use. The upstairs shower has a moldy window covering directly in the water splash area with decorative flowers in the shower. The bath mats and mat around the toilet appear to have not been cleaned and are porous and visibly stained. Grout and caulking in the shower was grey with mildew and mold. The carpets suffer from guests not removing their shoes and we struggled to feel clean walking around. A sign inside reads the hvac and dishwasher cannot run at the same time with dishwasher cycles lasting 2 hours. This is a concern for hot and cold weather. Some street level windows were very difficult to lock.Checkin was smooth however, and the street parking is easy.

Stayed Sep 16, 2025This rental had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and easy access to the park entrance and restaurants to walk to. Parking is challenging during busy seasons but patience is key. The owner was very responsive to any questions.

Stayed Sep 13, 2025We loved the fact that it was in the center of the town and we were able to see elk and it was quite cozy and clean. My only recommendation is please replace the pillows because all of them were as flat as a pancake and so we ended up with neck aches :-). The host was very communicative and the town was delightful! I would also suggest that you add in the listing that one of the bedrooms is open (i.e. a loft) which inhibited privacy. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 9, 2025Large, well-provisioned, 3-bedroom place. Perfectly located, surrounded by the town's best eateries. Not quite as clean as other places we stayed, but this is not too surprising given how large this place is. Clothes washer and dryer are functional (if you bring your own detergent), but the dryer makes a terrible noise and takes too long to dry. Still, it did the job.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025Wonderful stay to kick off our Yellowstone trip! The property is literally around the corner from the Roosevelt Arch, with unbeatable morning views. Just as memorable as the location were the owners. After checkout, I realized I had left my watch behind. They went above and beyond—working with their cleaning staff for several days after our departure to track it down and ship it back to me out-of-state. Truly outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We were unable to stay at this property due to issues with the hot water heater not working. HOWEVER,The property manager was awesome. He tried his best to help us, but since it was the weekend, was not able to get a repairman for 3 days. We spent one night due to it being so late when we got there. He was kind enough to refund our full amount paid. It was not his fault that there was an issue with water heater. That can happen to anyone. The property seemed fine, we just weren’t there long enough to tell.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This was a great stay! We are a family of 9 and all slept comfortably. Check in was easy. The main issue is parking. You only get 1 designated parking spot. We had 2 cars to fit all 9 of us and luckily were able to find spots not too far away to park.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025The house was the right size for our group. We had plants of towels and wash cloths which is always important! The location was right around the block from the Yellowstone North entrance and was perfect for our in and out for two days in the park. Check in was easy. There were a few souvenir stores around the corner, a pizza joint and a bistro. Across the bridge (less than 5 minute drive-10/15 minute walk) was a grocery store, gas stations and other places to eat. We loved the town of Gardiner.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Yellowstone is literally right there. You can walk to the sign and Roosevelt Arch with ice cream. Location is amazing and in the middle of everything. Beds were comfortable and slept our group of 8 easily. Kitchen was adequate for daily food prep. Owner was extremely responsive when we had questions. Larger group may have issues with hot water in showers. Parking can be tricky at times. Overall stay was amazing and we would definitely return and stay here again.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Enjoyed our stay, comfortable. Meant to leave a message for housekeeping to replace light bulb above the stove. Overall nice and convenient place to stay. You have lots of options for food and restaurants when you return in the evenings.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was super close to the North Entrance of Yellowstone and very comfortable when we were inside during the cold and snowy weather. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great stay!

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Avoid. A truly terrible experience, from booking, to communication, to check in. The place itself was okay, but poor parking, lack of utensils and cookware, and a whole bedroom that didn’t have a door were irritating issues. Out of eight people, not a single person enjoyed this stay.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025This house is decorated very well, in a great location, and was very clean and comfortable. Overall, I must give it a very good review, as we enjoyed the facility. However, there were several things that concerned us. There were 6 in our group and the home was advertised and had beds for 10. That said, there were only 5 glasses, very minimal pans for cooking, and no trays for the oven (to keep our Texas toast from dripping in the oven, we ran out to buy foil). Both the kitchen sink and the tub would get hot water for a minute or so, and then change to freezing cold water (??) My husband was afraid to shower out of fear the same would happen in the shower. When we came, the long steps up to the unit were covered in ice and snow - we spent some time trying to chip it off (thank you for the shovel), as the railing only went halfway down and we had several seniors with us that were afraid of slipping. We had to park way down the street and the streets and sidewalks were treacherous. It did appear as though there might have been parking in the back for guests, but this was not mentioned to us, and the walk to the house had about a foot of snow on it. The first night there, beeping alerted us to a fire alarm that had a dead battery - the unit itself was very out of date. At that point we went looking for a carbon monoxide alarm and did not find one. These are all things that can be fixed I'm sure. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024I stayed here with my wife, children (8 and 5), and my parents. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own sleeping space, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. You are just down the road from local coffee shops and restaurants and the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024The electric in this place blows circuit breakers, downstairs tenant compain about noise, make sure to count the silverware cause we were charged $100 for missing silverware when they didn’t even have enough to furnish one meal for our party of 9. No assigned parking for unit. Place was very hot.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This property is located in cute Gardiner and we were very pleased with how close it was to start and end our day at Yellowstone. We stayed two nights. The first night we were able to walk next door and grab dinner from a food truck and listen to live music. The following night, we got back from the park at peak dinner time, so we opted to cook dinner at the house. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but we made it happen. While the listing states it has air conditioning, it was not central air like we're used to. We visited during a very warm time of year and the upstairs got VERY stuffy and miserable. The house has a window unit and two portable units. The downstairs was comfortable, but at the end of the day, the upstairs was not. Our family of 7 had no choice but to suck it up. There is also no parking spot assigned to the house, so we had to park on the street and walk and then try to move closer to the house later in the evening. The property itself was very clean and in a quiet location. The owner was very quick to respond to my messages.
