Great location on the river

I enjoyed everything it was beautiful views and quiet. The perfect break to get away from the world and relax. My kids and my mom also enjoyed it so much.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home with everything you need for your stay.

Wonderful place to stay and relax. Beautiful and clean home, host was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions we had. She even helped us with ideas on what to see and do while we enjoyed our stay during the “off” season at the Yellowstone Park. Both the host and the home are gems!

This rental was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, and well located. Lovely view of the river. Because many restaurants were closed for the season, we ended up cooking some. The grocery store was only a few doors away and the kitchen was well equipped. We had great communication from Wendy. Highly recommend this property if visiting Yellowstone.

This was our second stay here, we loved it as much as the first. We love how close it is to the national park. I am sure we will be booking here again in the future.

Celebrated Christmas the day after with our Adult kids and grandkids. Accommodated 4 kiddos with a quick and earlier check in. Such a roomy place for the size. We had six adults and a 5 year old and 3 under 3. Had beds for everyone!!! The place was close to the hot springs and had all the amenities in the kitchen. Thank you again!

The location is excellent, just outside the north entrance to Yellowstone. It is on the main street but not too busy or noisy. There is a balcony off the main level that fronts on the river, a wonderful space to sit outside. There is also a large patio off the lower level, complete with a propane fire pit, a dining table and chairs, and propane grill. The house is clean, beds/bedrooms are comfortable, the layout is open and easily accommodated our group of 5 plus a small child. The grocery store is very close and had everything we needed. The host was so accommodating when we requested an early check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was very comfortable, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. The view of the river was beautiful, and we loved being within walking distance to restaurants. The location was perfect with easy access to Yellowstone’s North Entrance, which made exploring the park so convenient. The owner was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This beautiful home was a perfect for our 12 member family. It was close enough to walk to get coffee and groceries, go to the shops and restaurants, plus great access to Yellowstone and river rafting. It had wonderful spaces to gather upstairs, on the porch and the lower patio. Our 12 year old LOVED the loft!! Thank you so much!!

This is such a lovely property in Gardiner! The location is incredible - right on the Main Street and a 7-8 minute walk (or much less) to every restaurant, adventure, market, shop and even the Roosevelt Arch / entrance to Yellowstone. The back porches overlook the Yellowstone River. We didn’t want to leave this property for meals and brought many carry-outs to the decks to enjoy the relaxing view. The house is generously stocked with everything. We had plenty of bedrooms (very comfortable beds) and living spaces for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Gardiner is such a wonderful town and we hope to return soon to this property!

Looks small from the front, but had plenty of space. Everything was quite nice inside. Walking distance to everything in Gardiner. Highly recommend

The property was our starting point for visiting Yellowstone. It was very clean and housed 8 of us comfortably.

This house was in a GREAT LOCATION for walking to grocery, walking to town, and entering YNP! So many extras we did not expect like items in the cabinets. Also, a large cooler in the storage downstairs! Met the needs of six adults and then some!!!

Three couples found a well appointed home a great place to gather & rest after touring Yelowstone on motorcycles. An elk showed up just outside the back fence to greet us. Our hunters go through great effort to track them during hunting season! Thoroughly enjoyed this property!

This was a beautiful location close to the entrance to Yellowstone. Each morning we enjoyed the balcony, listening to the river, and looking at a neighborhood deer sitting idly in the neighbor’s yard.The house had everything we needed to make a great family vacation.

Four adults, two kiddos who loved sleeping in the loft! House is lovely, well appointed. Kitchen, living room, loft are upstairs, street level. Beautiful downstairs master with big window views of the river and the mountains. Two other bedrooms downstairs, queens and a bath with shower. Market is 3 minute walk, town is about a 1/4 mile walk. Charming town, several good options for food or shopping. Lovely back patio over river. Wendy was very friendly and responsive. Great one week stay!!

The house was great—plenty of beds and room for our group of 8. All the bedrooms are on the lower level so we had to carry all the luggage downstairs. It may not be the best for older people.

A really lovely home just a few minutes from Yellowstone’s North Entrance (literally - 3 minute drive). Amazing view of the river and mountains. 1. Great communication with the owner. Polite and attentive.2. A very cool loft area with 2 beds, as well as beds downstairs in very nice bedrooms. Each room has its own climate control which can be used to heat or cool the room.3. A functional stove (electric), oven, blender, toaster and coffee maker. We were there at a time when all local restaurants were closed, so we made extensive use of the kitchen area. Very nice market within walking distance of the home. 4. Easy off street parking (we rented a full sized SUV). We have nothing negative to say here. It's a really nice place and if you're going to Yellowstone's North Entrance, you should strongly consider staying here.

The house is just as advertised. Nicely renovated and comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked. Short walk to the market and restaurants. Less than a mile from Yellowstone entrance. Cool view out the back of the Yellowstone River and mountains with bison and elk in the distance.

This was just the right size and location for my large family. I love the proximity to Yellowstone, and everything in Gardiner. Loved the view from the balcony and all the house amenities.

Just returned from 4 nights in what is likely the best place to stay in Gardener, Montana. We are 4 longtime friends who gather a few times per year, this time to experience Yellowstone in winter. Wendy's house in Gardener was the perfect jumping off place!I have had a long career in property management so I find the chinks in the armor pretty quick. I did not come looking to find the chinks but I found none. To start with, it was completely as advertised Wendy responded to several email questions right away and was very helpful. A pleasure to work with through any details.The house is like new and beautiful! It was warm when we arrived and everything worked perfectly. Lots of towels, clean sheets, and immaculate. Lots of wood interior finishes and well lit made it a perfect gathering place. The house layout with bedrooms downstairs created plenty of privacy and the open floorplan upstairs was a perfect place to relax into the evenings. Easy in and out location with great views down onto the Yellowstone River and mountains beyond. The Roosevelt Arch entrance to the park is a couple minute drive and immediately saw tons of bison and elk and further into the park were were lucky to see many more critters including 2 packs of wolves, coyotes, a fox, moose, bighorn sheep, bald eagle, etc. etc.I would stay there again in a minute and highly recommend it to any and all.Colin Lynch & Friends

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view and ample room for a large party of people. I am totally satisfied with this stay. This property is our go to stay place in Gardiner. Wendy is very easy to work with and had our place ready to check in early. I honestly can say enough good about this place. Top notch and affordability quite often do not go hand in hand. this is an exception to that rule. Thank you for a wonderful winter retreat vacation.

Everthing a group of buddies needs for a trip to Northern Yellowstone.

We enjoyed a nearly weeklong visit to Yellowstone N.P. while our kids were on winter break. This property was our home base for multiple trips to Mammoth and the Lamar Valley as well as a fabulous snow coach tour to Old Faithful. We appreciated the convenience of being close to the amenities in Gardiner and the entrance of the park. Our host provided nice touches including homemade cookies and holiday decorations in the house. The property was clean with high-quality furnishings and very comfortable beds. Our only minor suggestion to the host is to review the kitchen items, as some of the frying pans are well-worn (the non-stick coating is deteriorated). It also would have been great to have basic supplies such as plastic wrap and sandwich bags in the kitchen; we bought some and left them for future visitors. Otherwise, the house was wonderful and we would rent it again.

From the outside it looks like it is a cute small home but it opens up to a very spacious place that has three nice sized bedrooms and a fun loft that kids can hang out at. They had all the amenities needed and communication was easy and great with the owner. We really enjoyed the place.

The home was in beautiful condition. It was way more than what the three of us needed. Our grandson loved the loft area to sleep. It was fully stocked and the location was perfect for going into Yellowstone.

What a treat to unwind after a long day of adventuring in this wonderful home. The view of the hills and river were spectacular. We had 4 adults and 2 children and never felt like we were on top of one another. The kitchen is fully stocked and the grocery store is a 3 minute walk away, so we were able to cook and enjoy. I'll definitely keep this home in mind for our next Yellowstone adventure.

We loved staying here and it was the perfect house for our needs. Gardiner is a great town with everything you need for a great vacation. It is very close to the park entrance. This house has everything in it that you may need and the beds are VERY comfortable. Highly recommend staying here especially if you are wanting to go to Lamar Valley and if flying in/out of Bozeman.

This house was perfect for our needs. The host was super responsive if we had any questions and even gave us suggestions on where we might find canned oxygen for my dad who was having a little trouble with the altitude (he said it really helped btw.) We loved the view and got some nice pictures of an elk herd on the river banks. The house was a short walk to the market to get essentials and snacks. The only thing I was worried about when we got there was the parking and backing up into the semi busy road but it actually ended up being not an issue at all so it all turned out perfect.

This is a wonderfully appointed, comfortable property centrally located in Gardiner MT. We saw elk while sitting on the balcony, as well as when we were walking to restaurants in town. These hosts provided every amenity that we needed, from coffee filters to drink coasters to suggestions for shopping and dining. We hated to leave!

Six friends stayed and had a wonderful time. Thoroughly enjoyed the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room. Spent time on the deck and nice to have the grill for dinners. Wonderful sleeping accommodations for the 6 of us. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Every member of our extended family was happy here. After long days hiking and sightseeing in Yellowstone, this was such a relaxing place to stay and kick back. The adults enjoyed long evenings on the deck watching wildlife and the kids had a great time in “their “ loft. The deck views were outstanding, and even after dark we saw starry skies and meteor showers. All the amenities were top notch! Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. Fire pit at night overlooking the river and mountains was so relaxing after a long day in YNP. Had a female elk at our front door one early morning, super cool. Excellent communication from owner. Very pleased.

We were pleasantly pleased with your rental. It’s lovely inside and well decorated with many extras. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back balcony in the evening watching the Yellowstone River flow by. Seeing all the elk walking around the neighborhood late in the day was also an added bonus.

The house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner goes out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. It is centrally located in the fun and friendly town of Gardiner a short walk from downtown. Every morning a number of us walked to wonderful little eateries for breakfast and were almost always awarded with the surreal presence of elk right in town (though we kept our distance). The back porches are awesome and provided all day relaxation overlooking the river and mountains. The house was perfect for our 3 families. It is a great place to stay for day trips into Yellowstone and for tooling around this gorgeous part of Montana. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook this house if we return to Gardiner!

Outstanding spot in Gardiner. Scenic views of the Yellowstone River below from both levels. 3 bedrooms and a loft with space for 10. Spacious open living area. All the amenities. Parking in driveway and in front of driveway for 3 SUVs. Gracious hostess who seemed to always be available for help. 5 minutes from Yellowstone NP North Gate. Easy access to park All thumbs up!
