Wrightsville Ave Beach Cottage - with HUGE Fenced In Backyard - Pet Friendly

The house was spotless and very comfortable for our stay. It was well stocked with essentials and cookware. The large fenced back yard was perfect for our pets. The queen bed is very comfortable. Mattress was firm but plush covered. It was located within walking distance from New Hanover hospital and within a short drive to restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and quick to answer messages. I would highly recommend booking this residence. We will be using it again on our next trip to Wilmington. Thank you!

Lovely clean two bedroomed property of excellent size, master bedroom huge. Ideal for our trip to Wilmington for a friend's wedding. We enjoyed our weeks stay and would definitely book again should we ever be back in the area.

Great communication, the house and large back yard was perfect for our week away with our family and dog.

We stayed at the property for three days during our pre-Christmas visit to family in the area. The home was located on a convenient road between Eastwood and College Roads near Oleander and easily accessible to Wrightsville Beach. We have two small dogs that travel with us and they loved the large expanse of the fenced-in back yard. The house is apparently undergoing some renovation since the picture which shows wall with a door into an office area is not accurate any longer. That wall is now gone. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good for our use. The kitchen was modern and opened into a dining area that also worked well for us. The host stayed in contact as necessary and offered us an appropriate way to enter the property. The driveway is circular and allowed us good visability to enter and exit. We were pleased with our stay and would be willing to return when we need a good place to stay in the future.

Super convenient location near hospital and wrightsville beach. House was clean and well maintained. Host provided some nice extras in terms of household items. And host was responsive to messages. I would recommend!

Home is immaculately clean & smells so good! Very large back yard is perfect for playing and pets. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen.Communication with the host was easy thru the whole process with prompt responses.I would like to see the few minor cosmetic repairs made to the homes exterior to appeal to the overall experience but those do not affect the stay you will have. Overall very pleased with this property. The location was perfect and we would absolutely go back with our kids & pups!

This place was perfect for what I needed. It is on a busy street, but it backs up to a neighborhood, so I was able to walk the pups. And as listed, the backyard is huge.

Totally worth the price. Everything worked well; air conditioning, appliances, tvs. Short distance from beach & shopping.
