WOW, 4 bd 3ba, full pickleball court!!,fully renovated house! With 100’ dock!!

We had a great time staying here. Our host Pete was very helpful and prompt in replying to our messages. We were a party of 10 and had lot of room to stay comfortably. The backview and deck was so beautiful and near to the water and was perfect for pictures and relaxing..

We booked literally less than 24 hours from the day of stay due to a last minute issue with our prior booking. There were 12 of us and Peter was extremely accommodating. Due to extreme cold, there were some heating issues and he came over immediately. Had the problem rectified within an hour. The house was immaculate and the price was great. It’s in a perfect location and the sunset was amazing. He saved our weekend! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spacious home. It was well cleaned, and the kitchen had everything you need and more. Easy check in, & the host maintain great communication.

The property was very nice and suited our needs well. I didnt feel entirely comfortable walking the dogs in the neighborhood, not for lack of feeling safe from the neighbors, but the cars and buses rushing down the street made me nervous. The house was very clean, especially for a pet friendly house. I wish the laundry appliances were upgraded to match the house, and there was a mysterious unfinished load of towels in the washer when we arrived. The back door facing the rear yard didnt seem to lock, which was ok given the fence, but maybe not ideal. Id say the major reason for taking away one star is that the living room, where my family spent most of the time, was uncomfortably cold. We ended up buying a space heater which made it much better.

The host was on point and very attentive. The place was amazing my family enjoyed every part of the homes comfort peace, and tranquility. I would definitely use this property again. That place was clean, comfortable with iconic scenery. I loved it.

Everything was great !! We even got to bring our dog. It’s was perfect.

Overall my stay was everything I thought it was going to be. The house was beautiful and the views were unmatched. We had a beautiful ceremony outside and even though it was raining.

We were a group of 10 staying in AC for our fantasy football draft. Mins from the casinos. Easy to get ride shares. House was very clean, provided towels and other items we needed. I extremely easy check in process and landlord highly available to communicate with.

Pete was a great host! House was clean and looked exactly as the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We had a great stay, would definitely stay again!
