Nice condo in the mountain. Felt like second home.Great amenities. My family enjoyed them so much. We want to visit again in Summer. It may be hard to drive steep mountain road in Winter.

Very responsive host and accommodating. Everything was very clean and the place was exactly what we’re looking for. We will be going back!

Beautiful area that was close to everything.

Comfy and spacious! We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for 8 and it was great! Location is close to town. Wooded lot allowed for deer sightings. I wish I had photos to share of the condo but do not. I have one of deer.

This place was awesome! Great location, cozy place, and super clean. Would definitely stay again. Everything is well labeled and the host provides so many little goodies incase you forget something. Great property!

Everything was as advertised. Very clean, well supplied. All we really did was sleep there. Parking and getting away was interesting, but we got it worked out. Many thanks for providing what was advertised.

We appreciated the soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms as well as coffee and tea service in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. The place shows its age and could use some fresh paint. This place is a great location in Boone. We loved being in a heavily wooded area. The leaves were starting to change. It was quiet. We did have other guests staying in the downstairs unit, but we never heard them.

I had an amazing stay! The location is great. Close to Boone but it also feels like you are away from it all. It feels like you are up in the trees. I spent lots of time on the front porch. The place itself is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated, I watched a movie on the couch, and the couch was very comfortable. The kitchen has every sort of appliance or spice you would need and they also had teabags and oatmeal packets, which was such a nice touch. The pots and pans were very new and clean, and I love the assortment of coffee mugs. I would highly recommend this beautiful place.

Overall, this was a great property with an amazing location. We loved being so close to Hatchet Coffee and Rocky Knob Park. It was a a little warm as the single unit struggled to cool the entire place, but to be fair, it was also unreasonably warm for the time of year. Thanks for having us!

Great stay. House was a little warm the first night- but it was warm outside. House has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

My wife, her sister and I needed a place to stay visiting Boone for a mini family reunion of sorts. The place met our needs with much space and separate privacy for us. The kitchen was full size and more than enough for us. Honestly, we weren't there much except to sleep and have breakfast, so we didn't get to use the living room at all. The access is steep but having lived in Colorado and now with a steep driveway in South Carolina it is not an issue for us. I have a Nissan Rogue and there was plenty of room to park and turn around to drive down the driveway.Check-in was easy with the keypad lock. Everything was in great shape inside and out for us.Location gives quick access to town, shopping, eating out and gas.

Our stay in your home was relaxing and nice. The weather was cold and rainy so we ended up staying in and watching movies. We did get out to see the downtown area for a bit. The home was cozy and had all the basic things we needed for cooking. Hope to come back to the area soon.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We were in town for our daughter’s December graduation from App State. The property was the perfect location and large enough for our family to be comfortable. We liked being able to eat our meals at the home and found the kitchen to be well equipped. We wish we had found this gem our daughter’s freshman year! We would have stayed often throughout her time at App State!!

Very nice quiet well kept place. Driveway is steep. Close to all activities in Boone and blowing rock.

We came to Boone to explore the university campus and attend the Saturday football game. The rental was perfect for our trip and found everything as expected. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Boone.

Everhthing about the location was great. Loved the porch, especially with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Kitchen was well stocked. Nice having so much space in addition to roomy bedrooms and baths. Only downside was parking. With the extra room, we hoped to have family visit but we couldn't fit more than one car (glad our oldest didn't drive separately from college) and with two cars at the lower unit it was a little difficult to get out of the steep driveway. Not ideal but not a deal breaker! Had a great weekend that the owner helped us reschedule after Hurricane Helene affected our original trip. Very grateful for that!

This place was great. The location in the woods feels as though you're ever from civilization, but you're really just around the corner. Beautiful house, comfy and cozy. Will definitely be returning here when returning to the area!

Located close to Boone making all activities easily accessible. The house is clean, well-equipped, and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great homebase during a busy weekend.

We stayed here 3 nights. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The condo is beautiful and woods are beautiful all around it.

We booked to move our daughter into Mountaineer Village. It was very close to her new place. Well stocked kitchen for cooking needs, enough room for all of us, and great views of nature. We will book again!

The owner was very responsive to my emails and texts. Slight issue with the keypad but owner was available by text to solve the problem. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch. There is no air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom, and that would have been a deal-breaker for us if we had known. This fact should be noted in the description because it was very warm upstairs. Thankfully there were only two of us, and we used the downstairs bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again...in cooler weather.
