Stayed Dec 27, 2025Our extended family had a wonderful stay together. The rooms were set out so well to give everyone plenty of space. The house was equip with everything we needed and was very well thought out. The host was very organised. Being across the road from the beach was the best part! We loved our stay.

Stayed Jan 26, 2025We had a great stay with 8 of us (6 adults, 2 kids) in Woolley’s Bay. The location is excellent with a perfect swimming beach across the road. The house was perfect for us - the separate apartment worked well for the kids and parents. Definitely recommend for a fabulous summer holiday with a group!

Stayed Dec 31, 2024We had a fantastic week in this property. It’s large and spacious with room for everyone to be together without feeling on top of each other. The had everything we needed and more. The view across to the beach was amazing from each room. Joanna is a great host, quick to answer any queries. Would love to stay again.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful batch. Plenty of space for everyone and our adult children all appreciated the en suite bathrooms! No sharing. The position of the house overlooking the beautiful beach is just wonderful.

Stayed Jan 4, 2022This is a fantastic property to holiday at up North, across from the beach and ideal for a range of family members that can watch activities from the house above or join in on the beach enjoying the swells/surf. The house was very well appointed with everything you need :)

Stayed Apr 1, 2021We had a large family group of 11 aged from 5 to 67 & this house right on Woolleys beach catered beautifully for all of us. The house is spacious, attractive, very well appointed with magnificent views from all the rooms. We all brought heaps of food & drinks which disappeared into two large fridges & freezers & an big pantry room! The apartment was ideal for my daughter & her husband & their two little girls in the bunk room. All the other bedrooms had on suites which were greatly appreciated by my sons & their wives. The sea was so warm for April that we popped over several times a day for a dip & back for warm outside showers before coming in for coffee or beers on the deck watching the ocean. The boys went spear fishing off Woolleys beach & Wave Bay caching fresh delicious fish for our dinner! I can’t fault anything about this magnificent home & we felt extremely lucky to be there for our lovely Easter break. Thank you Joanna!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect location to experience the local swimming areas. Plenty of room to dry and store wetsuits and swimming equipment. Fantastic hot outdoor shower after cold swims!!! Ideal lounge dining area set up for a big group to socialise altogether. Quiet, and Lovely and warm even in middle of winter. The owner Jo was extremely helpful and accommodating with our needs, and very prompt with all correspondence.
