• Note there are 32 steps up to enter the cabin; a door on the lower level can be unlocked from the inside to let in additional guests, with only 15 steps up to enter. The driveway and parking are paved.

• While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

• All Big Canoe amenities are provided and managed through a third party. Host is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.

• Motorcycles are not permitted inside the community.
