The home is tucked away on a private cul-de-sac in Woodinville`s leafy Wellington neighborhood. ts on nearly an acre of mature trees just above the Sammamish River valley, the heart of Washington`s most concentrated wine destination, where more than 130 wineries and tasting rooms cluster into a handful of walkable districts pouring from nearly every American Viticultural Area in the state.

You`re a short drive from Chateau Ste. Michelle and its summer concert lawn, the tasting rooms of DeLille Cellars, Mark Ryan and Novelty Hill along Woodinville-Redmond Road, and Woodinville Whiskey Co., with dinner options ranging from the nine-course garden menus at The Herbfarm to the casual Hollywood Tavern.

Between tastings, the flat, paved Sammamish River Trail runs about 10 miles from Bothell through Woodinville to Marymoor Park in Redmond, linking riverside parks, breweries, the playground, picnic pergola, and summer concerts at Wilmot Gateway Park.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ DOG GUESTS REQUIRE APPROVAL ★
Please reach out if you are hoping to bring a small or medium sized dog. We require a pet screening to be completed prior to approval.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The booking engine allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

MAINTENANCE - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

PETS - Small and medium sized dogs are exempted upon approval only. If you plan to bring a dog during your stay, please reach out for pet approval.

EVENTS - There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts.

CLEANING - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property.
