Private House in Woodinville with Hot Tub, close to Wineries!

Beautifully updated home on gorgeous property. Cute fire pit and stream in the back yard made us completely forget we were right next to the high way. Hot tub was great and very clean. Appreciated the few cameras outside for extra security. The owners very clearly take great pride in the property and everything was so well maintained. The house itself was perfect for our group. The beds were very comfortable with possibly the softest blankets I've ever felt! Our group has met annually for many years and we have stayed in many different houses, and this was hands down the best place we've stayed yet. Would recommend to anyone!

This house was perfect! Very nicely remodeled, nice and cozy and very relaxing! Just a few minutes away from woodenville where all the tasting rooms are and restaurants. Annie and her husband are so sweet and if you have any questions they are easy to contact and overall just care about you having a great time! Also we loved playing with the board game stash, especially Life Pirates of the Caribbean edition!

Amazing stay! Host was very attentive, check in was easy and kitchen had everything we needed! Hot tub and Fire pit were the highlight of our weekend!! It’s so beautiful and peaceful we were not ready to leave!

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed sitting outside with the creek. The hot tub was great after spending the day walking all the hills downtown Seattle. The beds were comfortable, house clean and well stocked. We ended up getting a dog sitter for our fur babies but it had a nice fenced yard for them. Directions and communication were also great!

We absolutely love this place!! It was decorated really nicely for the holidays, very welcoming. Very clean, beds comfortable. Host was very nice and accommodating. It was very well stocked for anything we might need during our stay.

A charming property with laundry, full kitchen, comfortable beds and living area and an excellent hot tub area. There was a little bit of trouble with the water pressure but the owners fixed it pretty quickly once we contacted them. Overall, I would stay here again!

Loved our stay. The owners have made this a home away from home. Well appointed and great yard. The location is on Route 9 which is a bit busy but was perfect for our purposes. Close to restaurants, shopping and parks.

Beautiful home, clean and exactly as describes. The owners were extremely communicative (in a good way) and checked in on us each day to see if there was anything we needed. Not as far away from things as you'd expect!A little tricky to find the first time, but once you find it, it's easy to remember.Would definitely stay again!

We competed in a dog event in Monroe and needed a larger space than a hotel provides. We messaged with the owner before booking and were allowed to bring our 3 well behaved show dogs. It’s a quiet property and everything is as described. The home is extremely clean and has everything we needed. While the yard is fenced it’s short in a couple areas and our larger dogs need more of a fence to contain them. With the road nearby we just walked them and there was plenty of space to walk. Neighborhood is very safe. The road noise was canceled out by the provided noise machines. Lots of wineries and great restaurants close by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

After a long day out and about it was nice to be able to come back to a quiet area where we could just let loose and be ourselves! We took full advantage of the amenities the hot tub was a fave for us all! The stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! And last but not least the beds were amazing!

We stayed here with 6 adults total. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway to Woodinville to wine taste. We were close to everything and it was great to come home and cook and enjoy wine while we relaxed at the house. The kitchen was a great place to hang out and we had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals.We will definitely stay here again!

This location worked for us as we had several events within a 12-mile radius and had a car. We were a family of 4 adults so had plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee maker plus coffee was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub. All instructions were very clear. I will say the house is on a very busy street, but the road noise was minimal inside the house.

This home has been extensively renovated with many improvements and features making it a great VRBO for folks like us visiting the area.

The house has reasonable check in and check out procedures, and is immaculate. We loved the hot tub. They seem to use really scented products, and I had a reaction to them. They were nice enough to speedily deliver new sheets washed in water.

We had a great stay and the house was super clean and modern. Hosts were great. Consider the 4 stars a 4.5 since it doesn’t give the option. The location was private but on a main road so not a place for quiet contemplation. But for us it worked perfect. Beds were awesome and got rested. They also have sound machines in the bedrooms. We would stay again.

Clean, modernized, private, and spacious! This was the perfect place for our family to stay! Close enough to all major attractions we wanted to see. This was our home base for visiting the Museum of Pop Culture, Seattle Center, shopping, and a Mariners game! Plenty of room for our family of five. Great hot tub for relaxing and very private. The hosts are amazing and very quick to reply with any questions or needs. Highly recommend!
